Although the residents of Dawn City numbered over 6,500, not many were literate, so most were eagerly waiting for Raymond to speak.


"My subjects, I am your City Lord, Kachar.


Three days ago, a young man named Owen risked his life, bravely and fearlessly rescuing a lady of the Holy Light Bloodline from the claws of the Single-Horned Thunder Leopard.
