-"Lily, I have a surprise for you before you leave Boston. Meet me at our special place. I hope you're okey." In that moment he made me feel loved, I needed it. I called him back and told him that I would see him there.
I went inside my parents house and there was no one there, I started calling my parents but no one answered, it was strange. I tried calling my brother but he didn't answer his phone. I went to the kitchen and found a note that saying that they left to do something before I left.
I was getting anxious about my parents and Sam, they weren't here the entire day and they haven't called me. My time to go out and meet Chris at our special place was almost there, I was excited and I had something important to tell him and my family, but I could do that later. I got dressed and cleaned up my room a bit after what happened last night, we made a mess. I put on a red dress but a big coat for the cold. I grabbed my moms car keys and left.
I was getting closer and saw the shiniest light, there where a bunch of white Christmas lights on the tree, Chris as standing there with flowers and a bottle of wine, he seemed nervous but happy at the same time. I got out of the car and walked towards him, I was getting nervous. I got to where he was and he put down the things he had in his hands and grabbed my be the hand, he caressed his fingers slowly through my face as he stared at me in love.
-"you look stunning." He said to me.
-"yeah, with this big fluffy coat on, I don't think so." I said to him, as he laughed back.
He kissed me under the glowing tree with snow falling on top of us. He wouldn't let me go, and I didn't want him to. I was cold, but I could feel his body heat as he kissed me and had me close to him.
-"I first met you at my mothers house when we where ten years old. I remember how pretty you looked, you never stopped glowing. We became best friends, fast. I remember when you first tolled me you loved me when I helped you get up when you fell off your bike, I took you to my house and cleaned you up with my mother, I couldn't stop smiling that day. I starting dating Ally and I felt something was missing, when I was getting married to her, I knew I was doing something wrong, I was making a bad decision, but I didn't know what it was and now I do. You came to visit for just a week and in one week, you stole my heart. Lily..." he got on one knee and...
-"would you marry me!" He said to me, as I saw a tear dripping down his face.
-"YES! But wait, I have to say something too..." I said to him.
-"I'm moving to Boston!."
His face glowed as he put a big diamond ring on my finger and he kissed me as he said, "I Love You", over and over again. My family came out from the other side of the tree and surprised me, now I understand why they weren't answering their phone all day, they where helping Chris. I hugged my parents and my brother Sam and Cara, they all congratulated us and they were happy I was moving here. Other of our friends came out of the bushes behind us. This was a moment to never forget, I cried and cried of happiness and kissed Chris, over and over.
Chris carried me and took me to his car, I threw the car keys I had at my mom for them to drive home. I waved all of my friends goodbye and thanking them for being here. He put me down and opened the door for me, as always. He took me to a fancier restaurant, even fancier than the first one. I couldn't stop looking at my engagement ring, I was so happy. We got out of his car and we walked in and had dinner, we laughed and kissed each other all night.
