XXX Chase

I woke up from my sweet dreams to Henry's irritated voice.

"Wake up!" I ignored the voice and continued to try to sleep.

A sharp pain erupted from my side, did he kick me in my side? I opened my eyes seeing Henry above we with a knife in his hands. Was he going to kill me? He started cutting my duct taped ankles. Phew, for a second there I thought I was going to visit god. I watch him slowly untie me.

"I have to pee." I say meekly.

"You can go to the bathroom before we go." What? Go where?

"Where?" I am confused as heck.

"We are trying to find a way out of this city"

"That means a lot of walking right?" He nodded and I groaned. How the heck am I going to be able to walk all day? I could barely walk down all those sets of stairs. I see people eating food around me.

"Hey, where's my food?" I say when Henry finally finished untying me. He sighed.

"Nick said that you still weren't hungry." I moaned, is Nick an idiot.

"Well tell him i'm going to pass out during the trip if I don't eat soon." I mumbled to myself. I was still in my damp jeans and I now didn't have a shirt because of my injury. Henry offered me his hand and I took it. I grimaced from uncomfortableness my body was going through as he pulled me off the ground. I swayed feeling dizzy, Henry held me in a standing position so I could get my bearings.

"You think you can stand on your own now?" Henry asks, I nodded determined not to show how much my pain was affecting me. He let go of me and my feet almost gave out from underneath me, I instantly used the pillar for support. I must have bled a lot last night from ripping my scabs off on accident.

"Okay! Listen up people!" I hear Nick's voice yell snapping everyone's attention towards him.

"We're all going to start trying to leave this city. This will be the beginning of our groups all merged together, if any of you rebel against me you'll be thrown out and might even be killed." He says before looking at me. "Oh, but Chase, Jack, and Axel won't be that lucky, I'm just waiting for The Maker to give me the thumbs up to kill them." He sighed, "So, today there will be a lot of walking and driving, since we don't put all of you in the golf carts. Eat fast were leaving in five minutes." I groaned, walking sounded horrible.

Nick walked towards me. What does he want? He stood in front of me with something in his hand. He smiled at me before stabbing something in my leg. I hissed in pain, stumbling into the pillar with the syringe still impaled in my leg.

"I don't feel like hearing you and Jack's groans all day on our first day of this trip, so nighty night Chase." He took out the syringe he practically stabbed me with, and walked away. I watched him in confusion. What?

"What did you give me?" I yelled at him, he turned around and winked at me.

"It should kick in soon."

All of a sudden it hit me like a tidal wave, I couldn't seem to keep my eyes open. My vision started to get darker, and everything was starting to get fuzzier. I felt myself stumble then slump against the pillar and I toppled to the floor. Two things went through my head before I blacked out, So much for using the bathroom, and Nick sucks.

XXX Adaline

I watched both Jack and Chase pass out, hopefully Nick knew what he was doing and he didn't overdose them. I watched as they dragged Chase and Jack's unconscious bodys out of the hotel and outside.

"Hey, Adaline." Nick walks up to me with a girl under his arm. She was beautiful with light brown skin and curly black beautiful hair, she also had a lot of freckles that highlighted her face. "Don't worry, they'll maybe wake up tomorrow or tonight. Honestly, I don't know how long they'll be knocked out. It's like a surprise!" He says jokingly.

"Are we leaving soon?" I ask, Nick in reply nodded. I stand up.

"Okay let's go then." I say as I stand up and walk past them to the lobby doors.. I walked outside, they had at least five golf carts, which would not fit all fifty of us. I see Jack and Chase awkwardly sleeping on each other. Why did it actually look funny? Jack and Chase both had their mouths open snoring. I couldn't help but giggle.

"Amused?" I turn to see Henry behind me.

"A little, but hopefully they'll wake up. Do you know what Nick gave them?" He shrugged.

"Nope."

"Who's walking today?"

"I don't know, but I think your group is doing more walking than ours." I nodded, of course Nick would merge our group but we would never be treated the same way his original group will be. Today was going to be a long day.

XXX Chase

I had a pounding headache when I woke up. What the heck did Nick give me? I was on my stomach on a smooth surface. My eyelids peeled open. My face was smooshed to the floor. I struggled up so I was sitting on my butt against a wall. I tried to move my hand to my face but I guess my arms were pinned behind me by metal. Handcuffs? I see teens all around me, we were in a school gymnasium, there were signs everywhere with a big bulldog snarling for the school's mascot. I heard shifting by me. Jack was beside me with his hands cuffed behind him. He must be just waking up.

I nudged him with my elbow, His eyes snapped open.

"Whaa..??" He says, clearly still waking up. "My head feels like crap." He mumbles to himself. Sitting up against the wall like I was. Jack seemed to be making a quick recovery compared to me. Most of his bruises had faded away, and his rib didn't seem to give him as much trouble as before. I sighed and I snapped my attention to Adaline, who was helping pass out food. She was smiling like always even though it was forced. I watched the way she swayed her hips the way she smiled, and laughed. I was itching to hold her in my arms, kiss her, comfort her. I sighed resting my head back against the wall, careful not to lean on my back.

"Your back looks nasty." Jack's voice says beside me. I turn to him.

"Yeah feels like it too, hopefully Nick won't get bored and get another bottle of vodka." Just thinking about it gave me chills. Jack nodded and sighed. "So..How did you get beat up?" I ask, Jack grinned at me.

"I sucker punched Nick right in the face." I laugh, I wish I had been there. "Totally worth it to see him bleed." Jack says cheerfully. A chill went through my body.

"Ah, it's so cold in here." I mumble to myself, and being shirtless was not helping. I watch Adaline walk towards me.

XXX Adaline

I walked quickly to Chase. He was sitting in the corner with sleepy Jack by his side. I rolled my eyes, did Nick really have to handcuff them?

"Henry!" I snap. His attention snapped to me. "Get my boyfriend out of his handcuffs. Thank you." Henry looked at me with surprise. Staring at me with wide eyes like he was surprised I was bossing him around. I give him a smug look. "I'm growing a beard here." I say sarcastically tapping my foot. He nodded and unlocked Chase's handcuffs. Chase was grinning at me, smirked at him. "And Jack's." I say smugly.

"Uh, I don't think that's a good idea. Nick might get mad at me." I rolled my eyes.

"Fine, but at least adjust them so his hands are handcuffed in front of him." Jack glared at Henry.

"Sure, but the blame is going on you." Henry says as he adjusted Jack's handcuffs.

After Henry left, I grinned at them and tossed them granola bars. Chase gave me a million dollar smile with a glint in his dark violet eyes, I looked away blushing. Stop it! I say to myself, how can I act like a twelve year old so fast? I looked him over examining his condition. His arm seemed to be healing, I should probably take out the stitches. It was kinda weird how fast it healed, last time I checked it took a couple weeks for something to heal like that. I shrugged mentally in my head. As long as he's healthy I'm fine with that. Chase practically was gulping down the granola bar. I should probably get him another one.

I shivered it. Dang! It was cold in here! I looked at Chase's bare chest, it must be the worst for him. I couldn't help it when my eyes started to travel down to his perfect sculpted abs. What the heck? He doesn't even work out. My eyebrows scrunched together, it was really unfair how fast guys metabolisms are.

"You done staring?" Chase's teasing voice breaks me from my train of thought. Heat crept up my neck.

"I was not staring." I deny instantly. He smirked at me, his eyes dancing with amusement. Pest. Jack was grinning at me. I glared at him. "And would if I was? Huh? I am your girlfriend after all." I huff and I blushed even more, realizing what I said. Chase and Jack bursted out laughing. My face must have looked like a tomato. "Just remember that both of yours next granola bars fates are in my hands." I say coldly. They immediately stopped laughing. Chase looked at me with horror plastered on his face.

"You wouldn't dare be that cruel" He says in panic.

"Oh I would, there's only one way to earn my forgiveness." I say happily sitting next to him.

"And what is that?" He says eagerly, I stare at the ceiling pretending to contemplate my options. I grinned at him. And pointed to my cheek, I hear Jack snicker. He rolled his eyes and pecked my cheek.

"Hm. That was the worst apology ever." I say with a pout. Chase's eyes sparked and kissed me passionately and I smiled against his lips.

"You're officially forgiven." I say after breaking the kiss, getting up. I skipped happily to the granola bars.

"Phew! For a second I thought she was going to starve us." I hear Jack say behind me to Chase. I chuckle.
