Chapter 7: Getting to Know each other (3)

After breakfast in the living room,

"That was one of the best meal I have had. Thank you for the meal. Oh and don't be offended. I don't usually speak during meal to fully enjoy the meal." (Keinnayi)

Eating a slice of apple, Keinnayi started talking to Embra who just smiled and replied,

"How could I be offended. Please don't be. It is my honor that you enjoy my breakfast like that. I just want to tell that although it is okay to eat chips and cola sometimes, It is no good to eat that many at once. I just want you to stay and eat healthy." (Embra)

Keinnayi sit straight and begin to tell Embra of her future plan.

"Embra, let me start from this, I cannot fulfill your wishes right now. I want to know this world better. I want to read all that this world's authors has to offer. And, I plan to stay here as I have told you before. So.., can we? I will make sure to compensate you, of course" (Keinnayi)

Embra opened his eyes a little wide and ask a question.

"May I ask a question though?" (Embra)

"Of course. If it is what I can answer, ask anything." (Keinnayi)

"Why my house? I am sure you can still read stuff from this world and enjoy there in haven or .. your place, right?" (Embra)

"I thought you will be asking why I can't fulfill your wish now though. *Chuckle* Well, for your question, the first reason is that I enjoy staying here. The bed is good to sleep and I am too lazy to find another house anyway." (Keinnayi)

Embra thinks for a moment while eating a slice of apple and asks after swallowing the apple.

"Ok. I now know the first and second reason. What is the third reason? " (Embra)

The atmosphere is normal and there is no abnormalities that Keinnayi and Sethar can perceive but, they can feel one thing. One thing that is telling them not to lie or the consequences would not look pretty. They cannot feel aura or pressure from Embra but, his eyes are giving off pressure unlike any other pressure they have seen so far and they immediately know what it is. Keinnayi do not dwell on her thoughts any longer and reply to Embra casually so that she do not show her nervousness,

"Sharp, aren't you? Well, it is simple. It is because I am interested in you. When I was meeting with the god of this world, he asked me where I will be living. And, when I mention you and your house to him, his previous unwillingness of letting me stay in his world disappear and willingly let me stay. That is why I am interested in you." (Keinnayi)

Questions filled Embra's mind and if it is the normal person telling him these, he would have interrogated the two but, he calm down his mind and desire in just a few seconds.

'A god of this world know me? I am a kind of atheist though. I do not believe in any kind of religion. How does he know... Well, he is the god. Can I just let it aside like this? Sh*t. This is the first time I feel like things are not under my control. Unpleasant... But.. it is better to let them go and do whatever they want than letting them stay under my eyes.

A power I cannot control, huh?... One thing is for sure, I cannot let them go out of my radar.' (Embra's thought)

Embra, a man who always plans ahead and like to keep things under his control is not amused at the fact that the there are higher power than him that he cannot deal with, much less control. So, the only option he is left with is to keep them under his eyes. Embra sit back and sink in to the sofa while thinking. After thinking of what to do next, he sit up straight again and reply enthusiastically,

"Ok Then. I will let you stay. Oh one thing though, when will my wish be fulfilled?" (Embra)

Keinnayi smiles at the words of Embra and she replies happily while clapping her hands,

"Yay.. Thank you. Your wish will be fulfilled at the moment of your death. The god of this world has requested me too. So, your wish will be fulfilled after your lifespan is used up which means natural death." (Keinnayi)

"I see." (Embra)

'Lifespan, huh? So, my date of death is already written? And that god do not want me to be killed? *Che* I hate this when things are not under my control. Fu*k the higher power' (Embra's thought)

Keinnayi hears Embra's cursing but, she do not say anything and instead she looks at Embra mischievously and ask,

"Oya, are you letting us stay for free? You are not gonna take compensation?" (Keinnayi)

"Oh, that? I do not plan to ask of you that. I have... Do you know how much money I can move right now? " (Embra)

"Move?" (Keinnayi)

"Yes. I mean the money I can give you right now, right this instant. Do you have any idea how much?" (Embra)

Keinnayi looks at Embra who is mysteriously smiling and think about the memories she has read just a moment ago. Sethar who is listening to the conversation from the side without letting her guard down against Embra, also begin to think about Embra's question. She has been wanting to know about how much money Embra have so much since the time she show him a dozen of gold bar.

'How much he can move this instant huh? According to his memory, he have 113 billion Us Dollar in various bank across the world. So, he should be able to move about 20% of that money at this instant right?' (Keinnayi's thought)

'Money huh? I do not understand fully yet on how this world currency works but, the most used currency is US Dollar, right? So, how much do you own, Embra?' (Sethar)

"I think... I think you can move about twenty percent of your total assets." (Keinnayi)

"And? How much do you think is it?" (Embra)

"Hm.. About 30 or so billion dollar?" (Keinnayi)

"..Oh? Seeing as you say that amount of money casually, you do not have much knowledge about this world yet, right?" (Embra)

'So, you have already read my memories huh? How much do you know? Everything? *smirk* Fu*k. I am trembling in excitement. I am really looking forward to living with this two who know everything about me.' (Embra's thought)

Keinnayi turn her head side away as she cannot look at Embra's eyes straight and she scoffed,

"Hm-Hmph, I can just learn it in a moment, you know. I have been sleeping for a thousand year but, my mind is now fresh. I can learn about this world in an instant if I want to. Don't looks down on me." (Keinnayi)

"Ahaha. I am not... Well now. Let's go somewhere else. You are gonna need some clothes, daily necessities and a bed. So, let's go shopping." (Embra)

Keinnayi's eyes sparkle at the word 'shopping' and she quickly stands up in eagerness to go shopping. Embra have to stops the excited Keinnayi and go to his room.

P.O.V change

The word 'shopping' from Embra's mouth get me excited so much that I almost jumped out of the couch. How many millenniums has it been since I last go shopping? Right, I have not been able to go 'shopping' since I became a god. Ah.. I am so looking forward to it.

But, anyway, how much is the US dollar again? Should I use magic again? I only learned of this world's history before I come here. Not in detail.. Well, I can just study now. Oh right. Our god power.

After reminding Sethar to seal her divine power, i also assume to normal mortal form. My wings and my aura all disappeared without a trace and Sethar's armor has also disappeared in particles of lights. Now, I am in my white dress and Sethar is in her blue dress. Hm.. I wonder should I change my outfit?

"Lady Keinnayi?" (Sethar)

I expected it but, oh my, she really is eager to protect me. I really am blessed with a good subordinate. Her volume of voice become higher in a instant and now she looks like she is scolding me. Ahaha.

"That's won't do, lady Keinnayi. I can understand you sealing your divine power but, I cannot let you abandon the divine body of yours just to assume a mortal form. It is too dangerous in many ways." (Sethar)

"Ahaha. I am glad you worry for me but, I am asking you for a favor, Sethar. Please allow me this one thing. This is the first favor I have ever ask of you, Sethar. Just this once..." (Keinnayi)

Sethar is struggling in making the decision. Well, I can understand that and I have been selfish all the time. Let's take this opportunity and improve our relationship too. Sethar is a kind girl. So, she will let me, right?

"... *Struggling* Ugh.. Alright then. But, if there are any danger, I will use my power and prioritize your safety over anything." (Sethar)

Now that I hug her without her armor, she truly is small and lovely. Hm.. As a superior of her, I need to let my subordinate take a break from her duty. I turn my head in the direction of the voice to see Embra leaning on the wall just outside his room while holding a box. Sethar escape my hugging and immediately turn away. Ah. Adorable...

Embra present us a black card with golden lining and two black phone. He really like the color Black, isn't he? Wait, did he just take us for fools? I retorted him but, he just smiles and easily set aside my words. He really is a unique man. But, let us wait for half an hour more for his car that he bough a while called. He tells that it is the custom model of 'Bentley' for him alone. Hm.. Is it expensive? From his memory, other called him 'Unofficial Billionaire' but, is it the term called to wealthiest mortal of this world?
