Finishing with the Epic Dungeon

Jessica finished eating and let Purdy jump onto her shoulder before she went back to the dungeon she quickly popped into the final 9 of these and from what she could tell. They went Griffon, Sphinx, Dragon. They increased in strength the further down you went. She didn't want to let these creatures loose onto Karth until further study had been done. It hurt her soul to leave the dragons where she found them. She went back to entrance and got the foreman's attention.

"I saw the names pop up when interacted with each floor. Is there a reason you aren't letting the dragons out?," He asked hoping her reply was one he could live with if he ever had to face the M.O.D.

"They are not M.O.D. dragons. They are extremely aggressive and dangerous. Rather than forcing ourselves to be the first people on Karth to battle a dragon I thought it best to leave them be," Jessica said puzzling out how to feed the trapped creatures who didn't seem to have a food source. He watched her design a way to send food with a teleport pad and have it auto return. She disappeared and handed him the last two she had.

"Don't lose these and follow those directions," She said nodding her head to the screen.

"Many thanks, Jessica," the foreman replied happy to have an answer that had been bugging him all day.

"Not a problem," Jessica said, "I can't take two days in a row of this place. I am going to be at the clinic if you need me for anything." He nodded and she disappeared again. He really hoped he wouldn't need her for anything. He knew the panda was healthy and she would be enjoying at least part of today playing with it.

Jessica did spend a few hours playing with the panda. She searched her catalogue of inventory lists and found a bamboo plant in one of the OG's everbags. She called M.A.V.I.S. and had her pull it out. She ported over and grabbed it.

She then went to Harmon and Harmony's home. They had gone back to care for his young dragon. Harmony was having fun doing duets with her brother to get it to perform so low level magic tricks. Jessica laughed as it created a ring out of dried grass and set it on fire then flew through it.

"Neat trick you guys," She called out still carrying the bamboo plant. Harmony walked over and took it from her.

"Is this in Earth soil?," she asked confused by the feel of it. Jessica nodded and took it back.

"So do you guys want to keep playing with your dragon or come with me and play with the panda?," she asked smirking the flecks in her eyes sparkling.

"Why not both?," Harmon said humming a melody that caused the dragon to perch on his head calmly, "Triple J here is much better behaved now."

Jessica agreed and took the three of them back with her. Arholo was of course already at the clinic still trying to figure out how a made up creature from his home planet was real here. He had dubbed the giant fuzz ball Potato.

"You are calling that thing Potato?," Harmon asked him like he had lost his mind, "Did you at least let other people vote on it?"

"They can' vote to call the species whate'er they want," Arholo replied, "This fellow's Name is Potato." He said it firmly and Harmon laughed his ass off. Jessica and Harmony took Arholo's side.

"He looks like a giant fuzzy potato to me," Jessica said. She winced seeing him covered in bald patches, "Is he healing ok?"

Arholo look at her concerned face. He took her hand and held it to the creatures skin. It began to purr. He placed a connection spell between her and the creature and she felt it giving her its thanks. She let a few tears fall and let it feel how sorry she was she hadn't helped it faster. It told purred and vibrated a little and few loose coins not fuzed to its skin fell down. They were not of Karth. She bent down and picked one up. She handed it to Arholo.

"I thought they got everything off of him last night," She said concerned.

"You aren't all that familiar with the tale are you?," Arholo asked her. She shook her head. She hadn't read the story since she was a kinder, "When do one of these creatures a favor they pay you in strange coins." He handed her back the 100 yen piece. She looked at it carefully. Is that one of the old forms of Earth currency? Money and all of the forms of it were not high on her list of priorities growing up. She picked up the rest and set them on a table for someone else to deal with. She gave creature a gentle hug and went to find Dzvezda again.

Dzvezda was doing a follow up scan on the snakes heart. They figured out when Jessica had phazed into the day before she had passed through a sack of venom on her way out. She wasn't familiar with the animals anatomy and had to work quickly as it had been dying at the time. They treated it with some heartbreak flower tea and the heart was healed already. Jessica was relieved. She looked around but didn't see the fairy. Then she remembered it shouldn't be in light, then she remembered it had been with Dr. Smith the night before.

She called Dr Smith.

"Hi Jessica," Dr Smith said answering the phone. "The Jessica is here," she heard a voice call out. "No honey I am talking to her on this." "How do I get to the Jessica and get a name with it?"

Jessica pulled the phone away from her face the voice was mildly familiar, " I am giving a name to who or what now?"

"Jessica can you please pop over her and give this fairy a name before she drives me insane," Dr Smith whispered into the phone and hung up.

Jessica let out a loud laugh, the only creature on Karth that had ever driven that crazy before had been Jessica herself. She handed Dzvezda the bamboo plant and ported to Dr. Smith's office on moon. She was immediately enveloped in hug of arms and wings. When after a minute she hadn't been released and still unable to breathe she ported outside and took a death breath. Something was chasing after her. She held up a hand to make it stop and put a protection spell around herself.

"Are you trying to kill me?," Jessica asking breathing deeply and swallowing air.

"I give you my hug as thanks the Jessica," the fairy woman replied standing in daylight. She had on a white backless dress and was holding her wings together behind her. Jessica nodded her acknowledgment.

Dr Smith ran out, "Squeak I told you not to do that people need to breathe."

"The Jessica is fine," Squeak called back, "She is much stronger than that other doctor."

"What happened to Dr Fred?," Jessica asked staring at Dr Smith a cold chill in her heart.

"He is fine she just hugged him like that for so long he passed out," Dr Smith replied quickly, seeing the color drain from Jessica's face.

"Where is he?," She asked not really leaving room for any other reply than an answer.

"He is at his house resting," Dr Smith replied quickly.

"Why do you need me to name her? Her name is obviously Luna," Jessica said and teleported away. Dr Smith blinked at looked at the fairy then typed in luna moth into the Earth data base and was greeted by pictures of green months with the same kind of wings on the fairy's back. The black they had been the night before had washed away in the shower and they were now clearly the same green.

Luna was processing how easily Jessica had named her, "She truly is very powerful in both mind and magics."

"Yes Luna she is now come inside," Dr Smith said, "I know you can handle light but I still want to make you a special sunblocking cream to keep you safe."

Luna was overjoyed at being called by her new name for the first time and skipped inside.

Jessica suddenly appeared in front of Dr. Fred who was eating a piece of toast in his boxers walking to his couch. He continued chewing slowly leaning in to look at her eyes.

"I don't see you for two years and now I can't shake you can I?," he asked after he swallowed. Jessica frowned, "I am fine. She didn't hurt me she is just a little enthusiastic."

Jessica nodded and gave the man a hug. She kissed his cheek and said, "Stay safe, happy and healthy." He kissed her forehead and said "You too kiddo." She then teleported away.

She was back at the vet clinic and they had already grown the bamboo large enough and were waiting for her to get back so she could feed it. She let out a giggle and handed the stick to panda who happily munch it down. For now it was wearing an eye patch when a spaceworm became available they would grow it a new eye and skin grafts.

Jessica spent the day playing with the panda. She also taught the large dogs to play fetch and they fought over an over sized toy with the baby dragon. She had a fairly nice day and went home to her bed to sleep.
