Arrested!

"Surrender yourself!"

Oh Hyuk saw the look of disagreement on Ji Hyun's face, so he spoke again without letting her speak. "If you do so, I will send him to the hospital or else we can pray for him and let his soul rest in peace."

He turned around and saw Seo Jun lying on the floor with the blood spilling all over. "Think wisely. He already lost too much blood. You don't know what can happen."

He walked towards Seo Jun and squatted in front of him. Keeping his index finger near his nostrils, he checked if Seo Jun was breathing or not.

When he felt his faint breathing, he said "His breathing is getting slower and slower… You better be quick, Ji Hyun." He scoffed. 'Tonight, I will surely put you behind prison, Park Ji Hyun! I have had enough of chasing after you!'

Hearing those words made Ji Hyun even more nervous. She looked at Seo Jun who was lying lifeless on the ground.

If she was to say yes, then Seo Jun would be alive. However, if she was to keep her pride and say no, she would lose an innocent person and that would haunt her for the entire life.

"I will surrender!" Ji Hyun agreed thinking about the consequences. Because of her so many people's life had turned upside down. So, it was better for her to surrender herself and admit that she killed her own brother with her own hands.

Although, by doing so, the culprit would be living peacefully, she no matter cared. She looked upwards and mumbled "I'm sorry, Ki Tae! Your sister is sorry for not being able to avenge you… Please forgive me!"

Oh Hyuk stood up in surprise. "Wow!! You agreed really quick!"

He took out the handcuffs from inside his pocket and called his other team members through the walkie-talkie. And the ambulance also arrived.

The members opened her rope and Oh Hyuk handcuffed her. "Park Ji Hyun, you are under arrest for murdering Park Ki Tae. You have a right to…. Ahh!! You know what it is, so I won't bother saying all of that." He ordered his subordinates to take her inside the car.

She turned around and glanced at Seo Jun, he was being carried inside the ambulance. "Stay safe, Mr. Han!" She whispered and sat inside the truck.

While Park Ji Hyun was taken to the prison, Han Seo Jun was taken to the hospital.

As she arrived at the police station, huge crowd of reporters strike towards her asking her a various number of questions and taking photos of her.

"Miss Park, Wasn't the victim your brother? How can you kill someone who was so close to you? Don't you have a heart?"

"Miss Park, why did you kill your brother? Was it because you guys never got along or he had more shares in the property?"

"Miss Park, how could you not surrender after murdering someone? Don't you have any conscience?"

All those questions were just hitting Ji Hyun's weak point. She so much wanted to capture the criminal but instead she was framed… and now, the entire world thinks that she is the one who killed her own brother and they were calling her with all sorts of bad names they could ever think of.

As Oh Hyuk walked after her, the reporters began asking him questions.

One asked "How were you able to find her location, Detective Oh? Considering how she had been on run for these many days, she wasn't an easy catch…"

To this Oh Hyuk proudly smiled and answered with confidence "I never stopped myself for even a minute. Although, I was a step behind… I tried my best to level up and I caught her. Nevertheless, culprits like them should be caught and not let free. I can't believe that we were actually working with a criminal."

Another reporter said "Was there anyone who was helping her, Detective Oh?"

Oh Hyuk shrugged his shoulders and replied "We are seeing that too. There can be someone who was helping her or maybe not! No more questions now." He excused himself and walked inside the station.

And like a forest fire, the entire news spread over the country. "Evil sister who killed her brother" became the top searched title in the entire country and everyone were just talking about it. Various sites made the story even more catchy by adding some untruth sentences and speeches.

It was just very interesting for people to badmouth and make faux statements.
