"Hmm" Brad said as he wondered where to put his 7 skill points "I guess from that battle I should increase defense and then put one on attack and speed" and from this he increased his defense by 5 putting it up to 15 and then increased his attack and speed to 16 with the remaining 2 from his Legendary Body trait.

"Okay with that out the way lets continue to look for the Village" he said as he continued his way in another vague direction.

As he was walking away he noticed that that next to the boars body was a little booklet. Seeing this Brad walked up to the book and heard a notification

Ding~

Player found Skill book: Charge

Charge: Charges opponent uses attack plus speed to calculate damage cost 50 mana lvl 1

rarity: Grey

think about this Brad recalls Jarred saying as far as rarity goes it is white, grey, silver, blue, purple, yellow and orange. Or as some would say common, uncommon, rare, super rare, epic, Legendary, then Mythical.

"Well my only skill equipped permanently is my Form of Fate so I guess having charge wouldnt be all to bad of a idea" Brad mumbles as he clicks yes to learn.

The book enveloped him in a bright light as it disappeared from his hands. 'whats this mana costing though' he says thinking back to Jarred he remembered that all skills cost mana but only once a permanent skill is added does it show up on the interface.

'what other things will show up did he say after something happens? Eh I figure it'd out when it shows up' Brad thinks as he shrugs looking back at the hill ahead he rubs his hands. "Alright lets see what is over this hill range" Brad says as he starts walking to the top of the hill.

As he got over the creast he noticed a big boar sleeping. It was twice the size of the previous one and was cover in golden fur with blackish brown stripes and bristles along his back that looked long ranged. Every inch of Brad's body was telling him to run but thinking back to how he trapped the he looked around and noticed a tree and a rock close together that could work.

Thinking of a plan Brad immediately set it into action but as he got 30 feet from the golden boar it opened its eyes and grunted. Fear set in as he saw spikes raining down on him. Getting hit by the level 5 boar was bad enough due to the pain but now he was gonna know what being impaled multiple times would feel like.

With no time to dodge Brad gritted his teeth and jumped back.

"Ahhh!" Brad screamed as his left leg was impaled by 2 bristles and right leg was impaled with 1.With 10 health left Brad crawls away in shame for not paying attention to his senses.

After a few minutes of crawling Brad winced in pain as he pulled out the bristles the length of his palm from his legs. The pain was terrible but he manged to endure, 'I need a little bit of a break' Brad thought as he fell alseep.

A few hours pass and he awoke to voices carried by the wind blowin to the other side of another hill. Checkin his wounds Brad discovered thats they were completely healed checkin his health he noticed that he went from a measly 10 to 120 after 4 hours in game.

'Hmm I belive Jarred said 12 hours was equivalent to 6 hours offline so right now it should be around 12 am so I have 14 more in game hours before I should have to wake up for college again.

....

As he walked over the crest of the second hill he noticed a small village in the plains not to far from him to his left. Looking hard he could see players running left and right in the tiny village.

As he looked to his right he noticed a very faint smoke from a small hole in the ground hidden behind some trees just a little higher on the hillside. seeing this Brad decided to investigate since he was seemingly attracted as if a magnet was pulling him to it.

After a little ways of a walk Brad had finally made it to the hole with the smoke. Looking around the hillside he found a small and hidden door that led inside.

In the shack laid a old monk dressed in a robe on his bed. The weak old monk raised his head to look at his new visitor.

When Brad felt the eyes lay upon him he felt all his secrets where laid bare infront of this old monk. looking at the eyes of the monk Brad was shocked to find that his eyes where ying-yang symbols mysteriously rotating in each socket.

"Strange indeed, cough cough... I see you are also one of the fallen angels that do not belong to this world like the others in the village who showed up recently today." The old man weakly said.

Shocked Brad could do nothing but nod his yes in return. 'Since when were Npc's intelligent enough to tell we were not from this world?' Brad thought as he looked again at the old monk.
