Doyle POV - Ouroborous of Worry

I awoke to an empty bed and a quiet room as I glanced over to Len's side of my king sized bed. The space where he used to lay had been empty for the past few days as he had been too tired to even climb in to bed for some well needed rest.

For the past month, he had started getting busier at work, even returning a few hours before he has to head out to work again— where he took a shower to refresh himself and change to fresh clothing. I found it equally concerning and upsetting that he was putting so many hours into his work as it has begun chipping away at his health.

It's not to say he shouldn't be focusing on work or anything, since I too have similar experiences dealing with huge projects such as these. I just needed him to find some time to take a breather.
