Chapter 5

Louise pov*

'You might not know it yet, but trust me when I say this. You are MINE. You may think you don't want me but your body betrays you. But dont worry i won't make a move until your completly ready,' he whispered against my skin as he kissed the side of my mouth. I could feel myself begin to drool as a sting of attraction shot through my body. I could feel my body begin to lean towards him as he kissed my forhead.

I knew i should be outraged at his persumptious statement but god damn it! it was such a turn on!

Why did i have to be into confident dominant guys.

Just as i was about to scream 'IM READY NOW!' i felt him do what i was supposed to do and pull back.

Keeping my eyes closed in order to try and regain my inhibitions, i took a deep breath before opening my eyes expecting to see two very sure, very confident eyes on a smirking face except instead i was greeted by a side profile. He was facing directly infront, his fists were clenched.

I didnt know what was wrong with him but i wisely kept my mouth shut as i began to fidget suddenly feeling very nervous in the car with him. A car. A confined space where his scent assults my nostrils with every breath.

Feeling myself go red, i turned away from him before he thought i was staring at him.

Suddenly the car pulled to a stop. confused as to where we were, i glanced around through the window but only saw row upon row of cars. this must be a car park. where? i dont know.

Before i knew what was happening, my door was pulled upon and due to my leaning on it, i was not so elequently departed onto the ground in a mess of arms and legs.

Looking up, i scowled at a smirking Alex.

'Was that really necessaray?' i growled as i lifted myself up as i tried to dust the dirt of my black trousers.

'Yes, it was,' he answered back as he stuck his hands into his pockets, 'you really shouldve been wearing a seatbelt, god knows you cant afford the fine if you had been caught.'

'Oh and who's fault is that now that i havent got a job, hmm?' i growled at him as i took menacing steps towards him as i jabbed his chest as hard as i could with my index finger, 'Yours, thats whos. Oh and by the way, i totally was wearing a seatbelt, i just took it off when the car stopped.'

A little lie never killed no body.

Simply smiling at me, Alexander, grabbed my finger that was still on his chest, using it to you yank my towards him wrapping his arm around my waist, he turned the both of us around before walking towards an elevator i hadnt noticed earlier.

Grumbling under my breath, i allowed him to drag me around with him as he navigated his way through the building as if it were second nature.

The people who worked here must obviously know who he was as they all made it a poin to stop what they were doing to stare at him, some brave souls even muttering a hello or good morning to him.

I on the other hand just received a lot of questioning gazes and a few accusary glares, that befuddled me. smiling shyly at a group of people who adressed me witha warm hello

God only knows the type of trouble i would've encountered if i had decided to be stubborn as usual.

Finally he came to a stop infront of a door. confused i glanced up to him, to see him already looking at me with an agitated look on his face.

Go in there for now, ill be back in five minutes,' he said to me stiffly before abandoning me in a room full of people who seemed the definition of professional.

From their shit flicker shoes to their scraped back hair, everything screamed, 'I'm better than you'

Damn it! I wanted to be a part of that. I had spent too long being looked down upon because of my job but I did not waste four years of my life and plunge myself into dept for nothing.

'Hi can I help you? You look lost,' a voice from behind me said.

Turning around I was met with the most amazing amazing eyes I had ever seen, a bright emerald shade that had to be fake accompanied by an equally fake white set of teeth. I had to wonder if the dude was American.

'No thank you, I'm were I'm supposed to be,' I said forcing out a smile. I don't know why I had an instant dislike towards the man, he seemed nice enough.

'Are you sure cause my company is across the street and you seem just too damn beautiful and sweet to be associated with the greediness that is Goldberg Inc,' he said giving me a charming smile that made me want to smack him up the head. God he was so patronising.

'Oh yeah, and what about you, why are you here then?' I asked raising my eyebrows at him slightly, 'if the company is 'greedy' as you say, doesn't that make you just as bad by knowing this and still associating with them?'

'Well, truth be told, I got a bit lost,' he replied trying to look sheepish. I didn't buy this bullshit.

'You see, I was looking for your number for so long-'

'Shut the fuck up and leave me alone,' I dead panned.

'But-' he began but stopped abruptly as I felt a hand wrap around my waist and pull my towards him.

'You heard the lady Blaise,' I heard the already familiar voice of Alexander growl, 'what are you doing here anyway and don't give me any of that bullshit.'

'What do you mean, 'what are you doing here?' Didn't your assistant tell you of the meeting?,' Blaise smirked. It seemed he liked the sudden shift of power, not that it seemed to bother Alexander what so ever.

'Yes well he was an incapable fool who I just recently fired,' Alexander replied already looking bored with the conversation, ' Not that any meeting with you in it would be of any importance with me anyway.

'Why don't I just discuss this at the meeting,' Blaise said through clenched teeth, his face red as he entered what appeared to be a conference room.

'Is she staying? Who is she by the way,?' Blaise asked seemingly genuinely curious.

'Yes she will be staying, she is to be my new secretarial assistant, she is also mine so keep your hands. Eyes, breath and mind away,' Alex growled dangerously, his arm tightening around my waist considerably causing me wiggle out of his grip which he reluctantly complied.

Sighing I took a step forward.

'Hello, my name is Louise speirs,' I said cordially.

I may not necessarily like the guy but I could act civil around him.

'Ah, a beautiful name for a beautiful face, a summer wine, better with time.

Scratch that shit.

Did he just call me old!
