Chapter 22:I want that strong uncle

" Wow brother you are really chosen" Xu xiyan screeched loudly.

" Who would have thought the almighty god of ice will be chosen " Du liwu said laughing.

Xu beichen furrowed his brows. Why will this little thing choose him.

" Brother go who knows through that Phoebe might really become my sister-in-law"

Everyone turned their attention to him

" Hey beichen how sure are you, you haven't even told her you like her yet you are here claiming to be her boyfriend. What if she likes another person" Qu nanmu sneered.

" Then I will clear the bush path"meaning he will kill anybody in other to have her.

Qu nanmu:"..." Isn't the bush path too deadly.

Xio nishan who was at the stage pointed to him again with a microphone in his hands.

" I want that strong uncle"

Xi bie's heart skipped a beat when she faced that direction.

' Was he really here or was her eyes playing trick on her. She had never thought he would be here and again her son pointed at him. Isn't this a delicate fate '

She smiled as she spoke" I believe this little fan of mine has chosen so I have no ability to say no"

" Wow! Phoebe really agreed brother make sure you get her autograph at all cost "Xu xiyan said tugging her brother's sleeve

Xi bie saw this action performed by Xu xiyan and felt a span of pain in her heart ' does he have a girlfriend'

She smiled to conceal the pain she felt deep down in her heart but a certain someone noticed it.

' why will Phoebe expression turn sour when she saw the interaction between me and my sister ' Xu beichen thought. And from another angle he has never met Phoebe before infact he has never gone for any of her concert so why will she feel sour. He felt he was overthinking things.

The dinner was great and the environment was rather lively, apart from the both of them she had also requested for his friends to sit with them. The happiest among them was rather Xu xiyan. It was a one time experience to dine with her goddess.

The most absurd things was that Xu xiyan was trying to get Xu beichen and Phoebe together which Xi bie found rather stressful because a certain person was watching her every movement as if he was a hunter trying to study his prey.

At first she thought she had been caught when she ordered her dishes. She wasn't a picky time but she has certain dishes she had to abstain from in other to stay healthy.

When she was served boiled cabbage she had scrunched her nose and pushed the plate away gently. However, Xu beichen noticed it and ordered according to her taste. She found it rather weird,how on Earth will Xu beichen know her favorite dishes.

She did not think much of it and just ate casually.

She received a text half way through the meal and excused herself.

She apologized and told them she had things to do before moving to where her car was packed which was void of reporters.

Meanwhile Xu beichen had gone out to receive a call from his assistant telling him grandmother wanted to meet him he agreed and ended the call. He turned to return to his seat when he saw Xio nishan entering the car

' who exactly is this child ' he thought as he entered

Luckily he hasn't seen Xi bie enter the car which reduce his suspicions.
