Chapter Twenty five

" ok..you need to push!" Isis said.

If someone had told her that child birth this was this painful there would be no way she would go through something like this but it was to late to think thing's like that, she found it hard to get her breath back and sweat rolled down her skin and her eye's where closed tightly that she could only hear the door open and Isis sounding shocked then telling Mana and Kisara what to do and for a second she thought she had heard Seto's voice along with Karim's and Shada's but they could't be here they'd left with Atem but then she heard that baritone voice she loved so much, and she manged to open her eye's though thing's were blurred to due to how hard her body was working but she felt a smile pull at her lips seeing in kneel next to where she was taking a hold of her hand if she had the strength to talk right now she would of done, but Isis had been right he had come looking but in the next second her vision had blurred again due to an other wave of pain and Isis telling her to push and she was sure she heard Atem say something when she held on to his hand very tightly.

"ok...almost there..one more big push Nefertari" Isis said.

All she could think about was wanting this to end and her teeth felt like they were going to snap from how tightly she had them clenched together, but her eye's snapped open when a soft and little cry filled the air around them Kisara quickly moved to Isis's side while Mana helped to the wrap the child up and lowered the baby so she could see her first child and she could't help but let a few tears fall seeing her son ..he looked so much like his father apart from a few thing's for one his skin was pale like her's and his eye's were a deep violet but still just as stunning as Atem's crimson one's Mana handed him to Atem and she could't help but smile seeing the man she loved holding their first born child and heir to the throne, she knew the second one was on it's way but for a moment or two she could at least regain some strength before then.

"handsome as his father..." she manged to get out.

"he's very much like you two" Atem said scared by how weak her voice sounded and how she looked.

"you have to give him his name you know..." she said with a slight smile.

"hello Asim" he said with a smile.

"ok here we go...i know your tired Nefertari but one big push now and then you'll be done" Isis said.

It broke Atem's heart to see Nefertari his wife his queen and most of all the women he loved in such pain, like this but it was't to much longer that when she finally lent back against the pillows that there was an other cry filling the air that of his daughter..and he could't help but think she was just as breathtaking as her mother a small head of hair that was a lighter crimson colour than her mother's though she had had a slight blond fringe just like her brothers, though she had a very slight tan to her skin and when she opened her eye's she had the same coloured eye's as her mother that made him love her even more again Mana lowered her to her mother so she could see her before handing her back to Isis since she was tired and rather weak at the moment to move or even hold either of them.

"what do you with to call her my queen?" Isis asked.

"...Aloli..that's her name.." Nefertari said with a smile closing her eye's for a moment.

"Nefertari.." Atem said watching her eye's close.

"she's alright my Pharaoh just very tired but she will recover...here your daughter we will leave you two alone for a moment since it's getting a little cramped in here" Isis said standing and leading Seto and the other's out Mana did the same walking with Kisara also there was a lot to be explained.

"Tanis come here boy" Atem said calling him over.

He made his way over to where he was sitting and sat at his feet looking at the babies he gave them a little sniff trying to make heads or tails of them Atem chuckled when he opened his mouth letting his tongue hang out almost like a smile then he whined a little looking at Nefertari then looked back at him he smiled before petting him with one free hand.

"she'll be alright boy" he said.

If she could Nefertari would of slept even longer she had never felt this tired before and her head seemed a little clouded but it soon cleared when she heard two baby cry's and she opened her eye's and looked to her side where she could hear them and what she saw melted her heart and she manged a smile seeing Atem holding both their children the boy was holding onto his father's finger while the girl seemed to becoming unhappy she manged to push herself up a little which got Atem's notice and he smiled happy to see her awake again.

"i think she's hungry" she said.

He moved from where he was sitting and handed Aloli to her and she calmed down being in the arms of her mother and after a little shifting about she was soon feeding her daughter it felt strange but it was the good kind of strange but that's when Asim started to cry and Atem chuckled along with her and handed him to her and with a little help he was soon feeding along with his sister.

"i'm sorry Atem" Nefertari said after a few moments.

"sorry for what?" he asked looking at her.

"for not staying at the palace and for the fight we had before you left" she said.

"i'm sorry about the fight as well Nefertari and i was angry that you left the safety of the palace but i can understand why after all you spent your whole life behind wall's and when you came to the palace you got to have that freedom though short lived due to Bakura and Marik and having lessons all the time could't of been easy...but right now i'm just happy that your safe and that they were safely born as well" Atem said.

"me to though how are we going to get them home...i'm to tired to really move much and very tender down there?" she asked.

"not sure i'll speak with the other's you get some rest and you two as well, Tanis you keep them safe for me wont you boy" Atem said petting Tanis he had been laying on the ground but she was happy to see him he jumped up on the end of the bed and laid back down while Atem helped to lay down as well and laid their babies next to her so she could watch them.

Atem could't help but smile watching Nefertari with the babies next to her and the smile she had even though she was tired and sang to them while each of them yawned and started to go to sleep just like she made a great queen she made a great mother, as he headed to the door he could't help but wipe a few tears away once outside Isis,Seto,Shada and Karim,Mana came over to him asking how she was and he told them she was fine but they needed a way to get them home which was going to be easy with new born babies that's when Kisara stepped forward saying that they could ask the villagers here she was sure they would be more than happy to help them since using the boat would be out of the questions due to how far they would have to go with the babies which everyone agreed with and she left with a bow it was at that moment that Isis explained everything and about Kisara and if it was't for her leading them here then Nefertari would of ended up having the babies in the middle of no where or worse she could of ended up in Bakura's and Marik's hands he would thank her when she came back.

"Pharaoh did you mange to caputre Bakura or Marik?" Isis asked.

"we got some of their men but they were't there which make's getting home more dangerous" he said.
