Chapter 28: Introduction

Arlo felt the light blade in his hand twist and turn fluently and naturally as he swung it forward, trying to pierce Leo's chest, only for the teen to dodge it, suddenly on the side before he kicked the sword out of Arlo's hand before grabbing the hilt mid-hair and bopping Arlo on the head with the flat side of the said sword.

"Sloppy." Was all he commented before he threw the sword to a nearby servant, the servant catching it expertly, having gotten used to it already. Leo then turned around and began walking away, not bothering to speak again, not finding the need to.

"Why are you always berating me?!" Arlo shouted. "You don't need to be so cold!" The room felt as if it had decreased several degrees as Leo stopped walking, turning his slightly as the yellow eyes behind the thick glasses glared at the boy.
