I wake up in the morning and get out of bed

It's great to be alive

I want to be dead

I stand in the mirror and look myself down

I give myself a smile

I can't help but frown

I walk to school and talk with a friend

I love being around them

I wish this would end

I walk into class and they hand out a test

I think I did well

At least I tried my best

I get to lunch and sit in my seat

This is all so amazing

I can't be bothered to eat

The last class came around and schools almost out

I cant wait to go home

I just want to shout

In the halls I come around my crush

I'll ask them out tomorrow

They don't even like me so there's really no rush

Get home from school and drop all your stuff

What a great day

I think I've had enough

Everyone's different in every which way

Some want to die and some want to stay

We all have our struggles and all have our highs

But some people feel that they're out of tries

But for every happy person another one suffers

Some are a stranger and some are a brother

You never may never know who these people may be

And sometimes we all were to blind to see

Sometimes it's to late and they've already left

But it's up to us all to help save the rest

Try and help others when they're feeling down

Help them to the surface before they may drown

And I know you've heard it a million times

But I'll say it again so you keep it in mind

So try to stay kind and try to be nice

Who knows when it just may
