Chapter 13: The Great Fog
1) We stop over the laboratory. Dad and his men arrives. "So…. What will you do?" asked Dad to David. "E.J. can manipulate people, even making memories false. "But Do you want to know what really happened Back then?" asked Dad.
"I do…" said David.
"Me too…" I replied.
Dad dials the number on a Safe. 21354. It opens up. There are few CDs and Other recording equipment. He takes a VHS. He takes out a VHS reader as he opens a cabinet with an Old T.V. He plugs it in an old T.V. It was on, then he puts the VHS in.
2) There is a Gigantic White wolf with a Single Blue Horn. The Gray man holds him using gray vines. David looks away as the giant wolf whimpers as the gray branches forcedly shove the humans inside David's mouth. "More! So will became even more powerful from humans!" said the Gray Man.
"My, My… I need Tame you!" said The Gray Man. He looks at the Camera , The camera holder puts it down. It was Mom.
"Jonas! Shane! Do not come!" said Mom as Dad Takes the Camera with me. Green vines hold the Grayman back.
3) Mom and The Gray man started to surround the area in Vines. The White Wolf becames a small David. The small black were-sheep takes David away towards us. The camera zooms out.
"Please, Take David Away…" said by a Beautiful American-asian woman as She goes towards the Gray man throws a seed on the were-sheep. The Great wolf was forcedly feed a Human…He… He looks…Oh no.
4) "David, Someday, you will understand all of this…Don't let anger control you…" said by her, as she runs and presses a red button. We run away even faster. The camera zoomed to us. Then to David's Uncle, Sheriff David.
"Where is my brother? Where is Tala Amihan?" said by him. The Laboratory…This laboratory exploded. Then The VHS feed cuts.
5) David looks away. He was sad and angry. I go to him and hug him.
"You will be fine David, you will be fine." I said to him. Late in the evening.
I woke up. David was looking at me with tears in his eyes. "David…" I said to him as I touch his cheek. He smiles a little and kiss my hand. "I remember what happened…. How the Gray Man, forced me to eat humans… including my dad." Said David as tears flows even more from his eyes as he says,
"I want revenge Shane…" I hug him and put him near my bosoms.
"If you wanted too David. Just, don't let too much anger, control you…" I said. I kiss his forehead and sing my Mother's lullaby.
6) Someone knocks on the door. I open it. "Is the Employees room good?" asked Dad.
"Dad! I'm awake… We're awake." I said.
Dad opens it. He looks at us. He signs for me to go outside. "Here Shane, Take this… This are ability suppressors, unlike the original ones, your mom made… This can only suppress one's ability for days… While, your ability suppressors lasted for years and years…eh, Your mom wanted you to have a HUMAN LIFE. I'm sorry, I never told ye the truth.." said Dad.
7) "It's fine dad… So, Mom did not need a sperm donor to make me?" I asked him. I look the forests as I move my hand, the nearby tree waves it's leaves. "Yeah… Astral Singer was her first name… Your mom was once a Singing Flower that came from space, years back.
She's probably 200 years old or something when we find her in Biringan, Philippines. She takes the form of the woman that took care of her hundreds of years back… and her songs… Are enchanting…That's why we Call Her ASTRAL SINGER… Coz of that." Said Dad.
8) "So what happened?" I asked Dad. "She met me… To be exact… US, That Grayman that looks like me and Me… We were the same person a long years passed, I wanted to be like your Mom, so She made me The Grayman." He sits down as he takes a pendant from his back pocket. It was Mom and him.
"The Grayman is me, and he is I. I felt very powerful when The Gray man was still nesting in my shadows… But He corrupts people's through desire, even mind control people using a Thick White pollen Fog." Said Dad as he shows the whole laboratory employees 20 years plus ago.
9) "Let alone, E.J. was closer to the Gray Man than anyone of us…. Little by little, after that explosion… We noticed, E.J. was talking to 'His Dad' , out of panic, your Mom injected you with the serum, so your abilities would not go. Then, your mother told me to live away from here, when you are 5… That time, She and the Gray Man confronted each other again. As the Gray man hid behind the shadows of E.J., who taught E.J. to mind control people, except, it doesn't affect your mom… Then we flee." Said Dad as he sighs and say,
"After that…your sing us a song, that made us forget… But, I heard you sing her song, little by little, I remembered." Said Dad as he pats my head.
David walks towards us. He was panting.
"David you okay my boy?" asked Dad.
"Sorry… My anger…" said David as he becomes a white werewolf with a Blue crystal horn. I rub his head as he calms down and becomes human
10) Bernie goes to us. "Jonas. Where will you be going after this?" asked Bernie. "My New Life in USA. I must go…" said Dad as he and his man packs up.
Bernie looks at me and David. Jeremy,Haya and Heath looks at us. Marina comes closer to me and David. "We are ready chief!" said Marina.
"For now, let's rest and Plan." Said David as he smiles.
11)I walk in the forest, I move my hands, feel my feet grow roots as my ears turns pointy and 3 emerald horns growing in my head as I look in the mirror. Haya and Marina goes to. We all go outside.
We start to point maps, as well a feedback from the Town. There is a Gigantic Gray Tree in the center of the town. E.J. was above along with the Gray man as it spreads pollen little by little. Then E.J. Jumps and Destroys the drone using a kick.
12)I realized something. The serum! I take it out from the cabinet, the one that Dad gave me.
"This serum will immobilize E.J.'s controlling wool waves for one day…" I said.
"From what I remember… E.J. can control anyone using his wool waves…Then The Gray man can only 'control' people by sending hallucinating White Pollen….It has a long range too." Said David.
"It's weird that we forgot, important memories too…" said Jeremy.
"Damn…It's risky if we attack there with lots of people!" implied Heath.
"Or… We will, Take down E.J. First! The White pollen cannot affect us if we have equipment…" said Marina. We all look at her.
"Then We attack at Night!" said Fireflower.
"Yes! Since, we can hide properly at night…" replied David.
"It's too risky, put It's worth a shot…" said Bernie.
"I will text you guys if we cornered E.J." said David.
13) Later that Night. David and I lands to the town with his gas mask.
I remove mines and breath. "It doesn't affect me the second time around…" I said.
David smiles and say "Shane… You are unaffected by Pollen and Waves… Careful out there…"
I kissed David and Say, "I will… Just need to hide and inject E.J. if you pinned him down." I said to him as I hide in the nearby bushes as the bushes covers me properly after I controlled it. " David Howls. Attracting E.J. 's attention.
14) "So… David, David,David…. You came at last!" said E.J. as David becomes a white werewolf and E.J. becomes a Black Weresheep. The start to punch watch other.
"I will knock you to your senses!" said E.J.
"That's my line!" shouted David as multiple droplets gather , then it freezes as he fires it like bullets E.J. Waves his hand emitting a Shock wave, Tossing E,J. away. The mob holds down David as David frees himself and He jumps back, near me. E.J. Jumps near me as his foot is near the bush, I stab the injection towards hi foot. I run away from the bush
15) I ran away towards David's back. "YOU!" said E.J. the Gray Man goes out from E.J.'s Shadows. "Damn, I was not careful enough. The Mob started to fall down and the Thick Fog dissipates. The Giant towering Tree slowly withers away.
16)"Damn" said The Gray man as he rushes towards me and into my shadows. out.
"You are mine now…003: Astral Seed…" as I hear him laugh menacingly
I look around. David goes to me. "SHANE" shouted David. I fainted as more plants grows within me. David holds me on his arms. I touch his faces as my skin glows. Trees started to sprout around me. David made a giant Ice axe as he cuts down the trees. "Shane! Shane!' said David as he was covered in vines. I was lifted, up above by the trees. As I look at the starry, starry night.
I just remember my mom's lullaby...
"Oh...Sing to me.... Sing to me... Sing to me...." I sing. "What is happening?" asked the Shadowy man as he gurgles of, the Northern Lights appears in it's green and pink colors. I sigh. My eyes are heavy, mommy... I want to sleep... I remember my Mom's brownish red hair as she smiles to me as me and E.J. lays down on her lap.
It was very warm. I blacked out. As I heard a Strong swatting sound and David grunts.
