Chapter Hundred & Ten: Past: The Past Merges With The Present

The office floor was quiet, quieter than it has been ever. I've seen days where the floor was peaceful but usually, the sound of the phone ringing, printer operating, and a few chats would be heard. 

But as I listened now, there was no sound at all, checking my wristwatch I was right to assume that it was 8 am. People at this time were usually occupied at their desks or in meetings but right now everyone was gathered in one office.

As soon as I got to the door, I opened it and the clatter filled my ears. A few of my colleges created me and as I walked deeper into the boardroom, I caught sight of Lucy and Ann. Hurrying to them, I pulled a seat by them and look at them confused

"What the heck is going on?" I whispered

"We have no idea, we got in, and suddenly, we were guided into the boardroom. We tried looking for Michael but we couldn't find him anywhere, which is highly unusual." Lucy said
