Chapter Hundred & Fifty-Three: Past: Meet the godmother

When you are raised in the line you are taught to stomach a lot of things. You are taught to not make a sound when bad things happen in front of you, you are taught to handle the gruesome acts that may take place in front of you or you would be forced to do. And sometimes you are taught to turn a blind eye to when bad things happen to people that you care about or love.

When Lucy was eight, she was raised in a home of a drug addict mother and a father that was barely even home to know if she ate or not. Lucy learned from a young age when to keep her mouth shut and when to do what was instructed.

Her relationship with her father was close to non-existent but when he was there, he treated Lucy like a princess and that was usually the time when her mother would get her act together because she knew that her father was not one to be messed with.
