Chapter 3: The Great War

John was left all alone in the room after Spike and his brother left, before his brother left he handed him a book titled "The Great War". It was an old dusty book that told the story of how Japan won The great war (WWII). John then cracked open the book.

*Cough cough*

John:"Jesus this thing is old. Now lets see page 1."

John then began to read.

Japan was the first to make a big move after the start of the war. Japan would attack China and win pushing back there defenses, the Soviet Union would then try to squeeze out Japan but fail. A major hurricane would then hit the east cost of the Union destroying huge amounts of buildings and killing many in its wake. Japan would take over west China with the help of mysterious fires and hurricanes. Germany would follow Japan's lead and invade many surrounding countries and form the 'Pact of Steel'. This alliance was with Italy, Italy would start to take over Africa being stopped by the allies. Germany would then try to invade Great Britain, if it were not for a huge hurricane causing a fire they would of lost. Then Japan became a part of the 'Tripartite Pact' with Germany, they both then started to invade the Union. Japan clashing with the east and Germany with the west. Italy would send some troops to aid Japan and Germany they would successfully invade the Soviet Union down before winter. Japan would then start to invade the multiple islands surrounding it and the rest of China with Germany's help. Then Japan would attack pearl harbor, the US would declare war on Japan and Germany. Japan, Germany and Italy the all gathered there forces and sent them to Mexico. Germany already sent Mexico a letter saying to betray the US and help them take them out. Mexico would agree because of Japan, Germany and Italy's great feats. As they made land fall three separate hurricanes would hit the East cost of the US, while a wild fire began to rage across the South cost. As they all attacked more strange things began to happen such as earthquakes, wild fire, floods, strong storms and winds. It was like something was controlling the four elements. Later that year before they could take half of the US, Japan announced something shocking, they had people that could control one of the four element. This made Canada lose the little hope they had of winning. Canada backed down and with that the axis powers began to invade the US with more speed. The US feel within 9 month. With this the remaining countries joined the Axis powers, surrendered or fought to the bitter end. Japan would not stop there though. Japan would turn on its allies after letting them finish the war. The first to fall was Germany followed by Italy. Then there surrounding lands. After that every other nation turned on Japan but it was to late. Japan had stolen the chemical recipe for the A-bomb and had demonstrated its power in Asia, Africa and India. Those countries fell but then the nations that lost the war and that remained neutral through out the war declared war on Japan. Japan would send it's holders to the Union first. To show the world to that it was done messing around it set fire to the middle of the country, then mountains consumed the wet side as water ate the east and to top it off they sent one A-bombs to Chernobyl a nuclear power plant. Tis tricked the world into thinking that Japan had made the bomb stronger than it actually was. None the less Chernobyl exploded making a huge explosion of radiation (.5 times bigger and more deadly then the one we know today). The Union was in disarray and fell apart after that point. "This is the end" people thought, they were wrong. The four brother aka the first four attribute holders had completed there purpose and they knew that. They had a fun life but at the end of the day Japan genetically mortified them to be like this. They were used as tools and they had to be 'exterminated' when the war was over. This is because Japan didn't to turn on itself. The four brothers knew this so they went on a rampage. They destroyed the rest of the still standing countries reducing everything to rubble. They left nothing but destruction in there wake, they also spread there genes fare and wide. They wanted to make the out side world uninhabitable so they made horrendous creatures now known as monsters and they also made demi-humans. Demi-humans where thought as inferior because they had inhumanly features and they became the slaves of society. They were used in a variety of way, the demi-humans didn't lose hope though. They made a nation for demi-humans in a forest known as the 'Amazon rainforest'.

John: "That was all I needed to know from this book-"

John looked to his side and saw a book sliding off of the bookshelf. It was a soft cover book unlike the rest. It had colorful and big text with a colorful cover. It was named 'Oreshura'.

John: "What is this? It looks so interesting, but Spike said that these books were dangerous what should I do? One peak shouldn't hurt."

John opened the book to a random page and it was just a picture with some text here and there. The picture was of a girl with light color hair holding up a book that seemed to be something important to the boy that she was talking to. The girl seemed to be tormenting him. Then John spotted another book, this one was named 'Toradora'. He flipped to a random page and saw there lips touching. The small girl seemed to have a white blanket on her head and the guy was holding her as there lips meet.

John: "I understand why Spike was so scared of them now, they might be just pictures but they make your heart tingle and beat faster like it wants to read more."

John put both of those 'books' back and went to go find Spikes brother and get a bite to eat before heading to bed.
