Trump Card (Part 3)

"Too slow." Shigaraki got punched in the face, knocking his mask off. Void couldn't help but smile. Shigaraki growled at him. "You're enjoying this way too much." Void crossed his arms. "Yes. Yes I am." Dabi was also smiling as Shigaraki got up. "Face it, boss: you won't be able to beat Endgame at this rate." Shigaraki turned to Dabi. "Shut it. If I wanted your opinion, I would've beaten it out of you." Dabi stood up. "I'd like to see you try." Spinner entered. "Boss." Shigaraki turned to him. "Is he here?" Spinner nodded. Shigaraki glanced at Void. "Training over for now." Void looked confused. Shigaraki left, followed by Void and Dabi.

Toga and Twice held the door open as a doctor, fully dressed in a white lab coat and large test goggles, and rocking a large mustache, entered the room. He didn't acknowledge anyone in the room except for Shigaraki. "Hello sir. I have the progress reports along with an urgent message." Shigaraki sat at the table in the middle of the room. "Let's see it doctor." The doctor sat across from him.

As they began to talk, Void leaned against the wall next to where Toga was. "What's up with Mr. Mustache over there?" Toga smiled at Void and whispered. "That's Doctor Nomura. He was one of All for One's top officers, and now he works for the League of Villains. He designs and creates Nomus." Void nodded. "So how does he load different quirks into the Nomus?" "He doesn't. All for One does." Void looked at Toga. "But All for One is in prison." Toga sadly nodded.

Nomura pointed at Void, still looking at Shigaraki. "They bring up the urgent message I needed to tell you; I can't make any more High End Nomus." Shigaraki looked up from the doctor's paperwork. "What do you mean?" "The stored away quirks I have left are just enough to make a few more of our Black Nomus, since the quirks I have left aren't strong enough for a high End Nomu. Otherwise, I will be forced to create the basic Green Nomus." Shigaraki sighed, running a hand through his hair. He took off his mask and put it on the table. He remained very quiet. "...we can't defeat the heroes without more High End Nomus…"

Void snickered slightly. All of the villains turned to him. Shigaraki scowled. "What's so funny?" "You. This entire time, I thought you were this brilliant tactician we needed to fear at all times. Now I see you're just rolling with the flow. It's pathetic." Shigaraki stood up quickly, his chair falling backwards. "Then why don't you come up with a plan then!" "I already have." The anger left Shigaraki. "...you do?" "Yes. You're too focused on your main goal of destroying hero society, and see the UA students as an obstacle to the goal. You need to treat their destruction as another step towards your end goal. This is how I would do it."

Upon hearing the plan, Spinner covered his mouth. Dabi and Toga were smiling. The doctor gave a nod of approval. Shigaraki kept his poker face. Void crossed his arms with a confident smile. "That is how I want to destroy them." Dabi looked at Shigaraki. "It's a good plan, boss." Shigaraki nodded. "It is. But now I have a plan." Void lost his smile. "That's a surprise." Shigaraki ignored the comment as he flipped the chair back up with his foot. "UA isn't a threat to my plans. Your entire group of friends aren't even a threat to me. There are only two individuals who pose even the slightest risk to the League of Villains." Toga raised her hand. "Who are they?" Shigaraki smiled. "Impact and Endgame. If we can kill them, then everything else will be a cakewalk."

Dabi sighed and leaned against the nearby wall. "Easier said than done, boss. You remember how there was a Nomu specifically designed to kill Chris and he still beat it?" Shigaraki ignored Dabi. "It's his quirk. If we can take away his quirk, then Chris will be powerless against us. Not to mention that their new Endgame is only a clone, and clones are always half the strength of the original." Void perked up at the comment. "I had no idea." Dabi looked at him. "How do you think you guys keep surviving battles with my clones?" Void glared at him. "I just assumed it was because you're a weak ass bitch." Dabi ignited his flames in both hands, but Shigaraki raised a hand. "Dabi, get the thing." Dabi extinguished his flames. "How many?" "One." Dabi left, heading towards the temporary secure storage area. Void looked back at Shigaraki. "What do you have planned?" "A way to ensure Impact's death once and for all."

Dabi brought something back in a Ziploc bag. Shigaraki took the bag and looked at the contents contained within. Void's heart skipped a beat. "...is that what I think it is…?" Shigaraki allowed himself a small smile, looking at the singular red dart. "Overhaul's final product: the permanent Quirk Erasure Dart."
