One for All (Part 1)

6 MONTHS LATER…

Aizawa finished grading the papers in front of him with a sigh. He allowed himself a brief moment of relaxation before standing up. "Going to get some sleep, old friend?" Aizawa looked down at Principal Nezu, who was walking up to him with a smile. "No sir. I need to go check up on the problem children." Nezu sighed, still smiling. "Ah yes, how could I possibly forget." Nezu climbed up onto an office chair in order to sit down in front of Aizawa. "You've been training just as hard as they have, Aizawa. You've even gotten your wish: one on one training with Jason." Aizawa sat back down. "It's unfortunate that he lost his quirk last year. If he still had it, he would be one of the most powerful heroes in the world by now." Nezu nodded. "Yes, it is unfortunate. However, at this point, even without a quirk, Jason will prove to be one of the most important heroes we have." Aizawa looked back at the principal. "You're referring to his leadership abilities." Nezu nodded. Aizawa smirked. "That's true. Did you hear that they're already calling themselves the Endgame Agency?" Nezu laughed a little. "Yes I have." Nezu calmed down. "Even though it's unofficial for the moment, the Endgame Agency is going to be the top hero agency within a few years of being founded. They all have so much experience, and even pro heroes like Gang Orca and Endeavor have expressed their beliefs that these students are the best to ever attend UA." Aizawa stood up, losing his smile. "Speaking of which, I better go make sure that the 'best of UA' don't sleep in the training room again."

Aizawa walked away from the main school building, heading towards the USJ. It had been repurposed into a high risk training facility for Jason, Shoto, Mina, Momo, Kirishima, Iida, Denki, Tokoyami, Kyoko, and Itsuka. Their training was considered too high risk for it to be conducted in the normal facilities, and using the USJ would provide them room to cut loose and use their abilities to the fullest. As Aizawa entered the USJ, he saw that most of the group was in the center, sitting by the fountain. Most of them had removed their UA gym tops. Aizawa did a quick head count and saw only Shoto was missing. As if to answer the question he was going to ask the group, there was an explosion to his right. Aizawa snapped his head over and saw the smoke billowing from the nearby forest. Shoto stood there, taking deep breaths and covered in sweat. Aizawa smiled as Jason walked up. "I see she's perfected that new move of hers." Jason nodded. "It took her a few months, but she can now use it reliably. As long as we're nowhere nearby, that is." Aizawa turned to Jason. "What's the plan?" Jason smiled. "We were just taking a quick water break, then we were going to continue." "No. You're all done for the weekend. Go home and shower, and I don't want to find out you all were secretly training over the weekend. Your bodies and minds need rest." Jason sighed and nodded. He learned a while ago that, while he and his friends have been given almost complete autonomy to act as they please, even to the point where they weren't expected to do school work, he really shouldn't argue with Aizawa. Jason turned to his friends. "Pack it up. We're done."

They all stood up and began walking to the entrance. Aizawa noticed that Momo looked saddened by something. Once they were out of earshot, Aizawa turned to Jason. "What's up with her?" "When All Might and Gran Torino left with Chris, he was instructed not to take his phone. She hasn't seen or heard from her boyfriend in months. It would be difficult under normal circumstances, but adding the stress of the League of Villains being able to attack us at literally any point could break most people. She's holding herself together pretty well, all things considered." Aizawa nodded. Jason smirked. "That reminds me. I noticed Ms. Joke is hanging around UA a lot more often." Aizawa glared at Jason, but he continued. "Mina, being the conspiracy theorist she is, thought you two would be dating by the end of the year. Is her prediction coming to pass already?" "Shut up, Jason." "Or what? You'll suspend me?" The teacher sighed as he turned towards the entrance. Jason walked next to him. "You need to respect your elders, Jason." "Elders? You're like, what, eight years older than me?" Aizawa smirked a little bit. Then he quickly lost it. "Jason." The student turned to him. "Yea?" "Follow me to Nezu's office. There's something we need to tell you."
