All for One grabbed the scarf and yanked down. Despite all of his quirks being erased, the enhancement drug still gave him incredible strength. Still, now that the regeneration quirk was inactive, the drug was going to start tearing apart his body. His remaining hours might turn into minutes if he didn't regain control of his quirks. Aizawa was dragged towards the villain. All for One chuckled. "I remember your battle against the Nomu all those years ago. You're a skilled hero with a powerful quirk. However, when facing a stronger opponent, you may as well be quirkless." The teacher ran forward, still using his quirk to stop All for One's. "Still enough to beat you into a bloody pulp, monster!" "That's a bit harsh." Aizawa jumped up and pulled on his own scarves to send himself flying towards All for One, intending to smash the villain's head in with a flying jump kick. All for One used his free hand to catch the kick and throw Aizawa into the ground. Since he was holding the scarves, he couldn't roll with the hit. Aizawa grunted as his back hit the ground. All for One raised his foot up, but Aizawa luckily rolled out of the way just in time. This now meant he was wrapped up in his own scarves. All for One lifted the hero off the ground and grabbed him by the neck. "You're out of your league, Eraserhead." Aizawa glared up at All for One. "Heroes don't give up! I'd be quite the hypocrite if I just stood by and let you kill my students!" All for One let out a quiet chuckle. "Ah yes, the pride of a hero and of a teacher. You truly are head and shoulders above your peers, Eraserhead. You always fought the hardest to protect your classes, always worked the hardest to make sure your students would become the greatest heroes they could be. You are the epitome of what a UA teacher should be. That's why you were the perfect choice to become my spy at UA."
The world went silent. Chris, still lying there in pain, suddenly felt his body go numb. A spy at UA? It made sense, given the USJ and forest attacks. But Aizawa? No. It couldn't be him. How could it? He was the greatest teacher at UA. He risked life and limb on multiple occasions for them. Aizawa had earned his place among the people he looks up to most, right next to his mother, Jason, and All Might. Was All for One lying?
Aizawa was stunned, but then forced a laugh. "You're kidding, right? I've never spoken to you a day in my life. Even if we've met before today, I would never work for villain scum like you." "No, you wouldn't. Not willingly anyways." All for One pulled Aizawa closer, so his mask was nearly touching Aizawa's face. "Let me jog your memory. You had just been accepted to be a teacher for this school. You had been recommended by your friend, Present Mic. In order to celebrate, you and the other teachers went out drinking. You had too much, due to the insistence of your blonde friend. As soon as you were far enough away from them, and too drunk to realize what was happening, I just had to grab your shoulder." Aizawa's eyes slowly softened, and then widened. "...you mean…" "I used one of my quirks, 'Remote', in order to see and hear everything you could. It's still in you to this day. When you planned for the USJ trip, I learned you were only bringing All Might and Thirteen. It was the perfect opportunity for Shigaraki to launch his attack. It's a shame you didn't learn about All Might's absence until minutes before Shigaraki would attack. Then, when you took your students to Cowell Park, you did your best to keep the information a secret. Only you, Vlad King, and Nezu knew where you would be. Because of that, I was able to inform Shigaraki that your students would be cut off and without support. You saw what happened as a result."
Aizawa's face began to pale as the realization hit him. He was silent, but All for One could tell that the teacher's spirit had been shattered. "...you… you…" "That's right, Eraserhead. The harder you fought, the more secrets you kept, and all the effort you put into protecting your students, only made it easier for the League of Villains to hunt them down and do as they willed. Everything that's happened so far can be blamed on you just as much as it can be blamed on me and Shigaraki."
Tears began to form in Aizawa's eyes. Deep down, he knew that he couldn't realistically be blamed for any of it. However, it was the guilt of being a proxy spy for his students' greatest foes that was getting to him. The harder he tried to protect them, the easier he made it for the league of Villains to attack them. That meant the targeted attacks only stopped because All for One had been imprisoned. Aizawa looked broken and defeated. Then he gave a weak smile. "All of that time watching me teach, and you didn't learn a damn thing. No wonder villains are so stupid these days." All for One began to squeeze his hand, beginning to crush the pro's neck. "You're useless to me now. You've given me all the information I could ever need. This is farewell, Eraserhead."
One for All coursed through Chris's body. Green electricity sparked everywhere. Chris was done with this. He was done watching All for One hurt the people he cared for. With a sudden burst of willpower and determination, Chris ignored the pain that had been keeping him down. All for One turned his head towards Chris, but didn't have time to even speak as Chris's fist slammed into the villain's face. The mask shattered and All for One was sent flying backwards. Aizawa slowly fell to the ground, his eyes widening as he finally realized what had just happened. Chris had moved several meters faster than someone could blink. Chris had a lethal look in his eyes. Play time was officially over.
