Chapter 23

Jessica's P.O.V

I was so happy that Jase won the Spelling bee Competition. I was proud of him. We had just arrived home minutes ago. We were all in the couch watching a cartoon with the kids. Layla, Liam and Mia were here as well. I watched as Jessy tried to cheer Jase up. " Smileeeeee...", she said drawing the word out and trying to broaden Jase smile by literally using her hands. I laughed but I had to stop her as soon as I  saw that Jase was not interested. I grabbed Jessy up placing her on my legs. " Jessyyy leave him alone honey", I said looking at her and giving her a kiss on the cheek. Liam went beside Jase trying to cheer him up. I smiled. My phone rang. I picked it up answering it immediately. " Hello", I answered. " He knows Jess. Jason knows", Phillip said kind of freaking out. I froze. " Mommmy, what' s wrong?", Jessy asked playing with my lips. I looked at her. I put down Jessy in the couch beside Layla and went in the kitchen. And it was at that very moment that my hands started shaking. I could barely hold the phone at my ears. " What do you mean by Jason knows?", I asked with my voice sounding shaky. " He saw Jase on the Spelling Bee Competition today", Phillip said. I hanged up the phone immediately. Oh my gosh. Knowing Jason, he is going to kill me.
