Chapter 25

Jessica's P.O.V

Over the next three weeks I continued with my life and I had to watch out for Jason. I was so scared that he would turn up at anytime so, I informed Jessy and Jase' s teacher that no one else should pick up them from school except me, Layla, Liam or Aunt Sophia. I even hired more security guards and ordered my receptionist not to let anyone up to my office if they didn't have an appointment. At times I couldn't sleep at night, because every suspicious sound and move terrified me. After a while I just gave up and thought to myself if Jason wants to come he comes. I' m just going to have to deal with whatever comes my way as Layla said. I also told Aunt Sophia about it and she also told me that I just had to face it because, I knew the day was upon me.  I was now at work trying to gather my thoughts for the next meeting that I had but, I was so tired. For the past two weeks I haven't had a good nap in a while.

Jason's P.O.V

I finally got a ticket booked to go to Canada. After finding out that I had two kids that I was unaware of, I needed time to gather my thoughts. Two weeks to be exact. Today, I was in Canada. It was a huge state. I was on my way from the airport in a cab. Canada was a very cold place. I thought about going to a hotel but, I wanted to confront Jessica first. How was I going to do that?. I had her house address, work address. Everything. I can' t wait to get out of this cab. It was packed with college students who were on their way to school. I handed Jessica's work address to the cab driver. He took it from me. " Oh, I know where this is. 'Jessica's Enterprise'?", he asked. It must be since he mentioned Jessica's name. " Ah yes", I replied. " That's a pretty big company. One of the top ones in Canada too. The owner is pretty young but, very inspirational. ". the cab driver told me. " Really?", I asked surprised. " Yes sir. Besides marketing she writes inspirational books. They' re pretty great. ", one of the college girls beside me mentioned removing a book from her bag. The book had a picture of Jessica on the cover. She looked the same but even more beautiful. " Can I see that?", I asked her still looking at the book. " Sure, why not?. And you can have this one. I bought one and got the other free. Cool huh?", she asked handing me the book. " Well thank you", I said taking the book from her. I wonder what' s it about. " Jessica's Enterprise", the cab driver said coming to a stop. Right. I thanked the girl again for the book and came out of the car with my luggage. I paid the cab driver and thanked him once more. As I looked up at the building in front me I sighed.

She did pretty good for herself. But she also kept my children away from me. So, I' m going to deal with her .
