My kitty! Oops, I Meant Knight!

Kyo SeolJu stayed locked in the bedroom for the seventeen-hour flight with the other people in the plane glancing at the door worriedly. Arriving at their private airport, no one got off the plane as they stood by the bedroom door, hoping to see the girl inside come out with a smile. Barely hearing her small yawn, they all let out the breath they were holding when Kyo SeolJu came out of the room, rubbing the sleep from her eyes.

"Are we here?"

Her tired mewling voice only made Kyo SeolJu look cuter with her large, sleepily blinking eyes. Seeing that she was alright, the people on the plane left one by one.

"Yes, we have arrived."

Picking Kyo SeolJu up in a princess carry, Kyo Ryujin whispered as she fell back asleep. The whole ride back, Kyo SeolJu clung to the twins and was hesitant to let them go when they had to separate so they could carry the still sleeping girl in the house. Grandpa Kyo rushed up the stairs and into the house to tell them to skip the greetings so Kyo SeolJu could sleep. Coming into the house, all the servants lined up waiting to greet the sleeping girl, and the family had been waiting to hug her pulled back. Kyo Ryuji tried to put Kyo SeolJu on the couch, but the girl didn't want to let go and had to be gently pulled away. Sitting up with her eyes still closed, she yawned with her little tongue sticking out and her back arched. The people around her watched her in awe as if they were seeing a newborn baby.

"Brothers, you are jerks! I'm so cold now. Mmmmm. I am gonna get a dog to replace you!"

Her almost incoherent mumbling made the action of rubbing her eyes seem even cuter as she lazily sat up with her legs crisscrossed.

"You aren't even protesting. Did you die?"

Her baby-like hiccups and tiny tears coming out of her closed eyes made the people panic,

"My brothers must have left me! I just found them, and now they're gone!"

"Babygirl, we're right here! I'm sorry! I'm sorry! Please don't cry!"

The twins shook their heads and clumsily tried to explain as everyone glared.

"Hehe. I know, I know! So where are-"

She giggled, letting out one last yawn as she stretched. Her teary doe eyes blinked as they swept the room. Startled by how many people were looking at her, Kyo SeolJu squealed and jumped on the back of the couch, being unsteady, she fell as everyone reached out to grab her. Expecting pain Kyo SeolJu braced herself, but the pain never came. Noticing someone had caught her, Kyo SeolJu looked up her savior and quickly hid behind him. Hearing his low deep laughter, Kyo SeolJu tilted her head toward him as he whispered.

"Does Milady need a knight?"

Getting lost in his deep godlen eyes, Kyo SeolJu nodded her head, humming. Flashing a blinding smile, he picked her up and carried her out of the house through the back door with everyone behind them protesting. Looking over his shoulder, she recognized the people as her grandparents, godparents, brothers, and servants. Giving them a cute wave and a smile, Kyo SeolJu laughed as her knight in shining armor took her away. Running through the garden, he set her down.

"That was so much fun!"

Kyo SeolJu exclaimed, bouncing up and down,

"Oh, you must be very tired!"

Her worried tone did funny things to his heart as he held himself back from hugging her.

"No. Are you ok?"

"Yes! I'm fine! Thank you, my handsome knight!"

Jumping up to kiss his cheek Kyo SeolJu's silky voice sounded angelic next to his ear. Barely humming his reply, he put up a cold front, but Kyo SeolJu could see his ears turn red. Her giggle sounded like jade bells tinkling as they blew in the wind,

"Rather than a knight, I think you're more of a kitty!"

The boy's eyes went wide as she called him kitty but held love and doting for the girl.

"I am Kyo SeolJu Marie. Nice to meet you, handsome kitty knight."

Holding her dress, she curtsied and smiled up at the boy.

"The pleasure is mine, Milady. I'm-"

"SeolJu!"

The twins' roar reverberated throughout the garden, with others calling behind them. Their eyes met Kyo SeolJu's, her face held a mischievous grin as she grabbed the boy's hand and started running in the opposite direction of her brothers. Stopping, Kyo SeolJu threw a rock toward where they had been, and the crowd went running. Giving him a disarming smile Kyo SeolJu started to pull him along again. Finding what she was looking for, Kyo SolJu moved a thick bush out of the way and opened a hidden door.

"Come on!"

Panting, she still took the time to make sure he was following.

Holding the door for her, he watched her crawl. Fixing the bushes and closing the door, he went in after her.

"How did you know about this?"

"I didn't. I just sorta came here. It feels familiar, but I can't tell why."

Puzzled, Kyo SeolJu's face had a small frown. Going through the passage, they came to a large room filled with stuffed animals, blankets, and pillows.

"Wow! Look at how pretty the lights are!"

She pointed to lights on the ceiling that looked like the night sky, and the initially dark room had lit up when they entered.

"Milady."

Turning back to the boy, Kyo SeolJu was surprised to see how handsome he was. He had long silky black hair that went past his waist, dark golden eyes far surpassed any sunshine, a high sharp nose, perfect jawline, milky poreless skin, and red kissable lips. His white button-up shirt tucked into black suit pants and its sleeves were rolled up, further accentuating his lean muscular frame.

"My name is-"
