Labels affect people's lives in any world. As it turns out, being a demon brings a bunch of dangers.

 After his reincarnation the idea of being a demon didn't really bother Azemo, instead the reality of magic and fantasy occupied his thoughts. Gaining more power or a new technique was more important than learning about the war between demons, humans and beasts. Also he was reborn with modern day villains so being a demon was the least of his worries. At first it was like he was back at school, a school filled with violence and death but he was still learning stuff. However Azemo would be forced to learn about the gravity of being a demon when he ventured from the demon stronghold.

Azemo did not have any grand goals or ideas but the world has a way of forcing troubles and tribulations upon beings.

The Birth of a Demon Lord

Near the entrance of the dungeon, a massive camp filled to the brim, with humans, was waiting for the dungeon to close. Since Azemo had shut down the Shrouded Path, there was no way for anyone else to reach the center of the dungeon and the humans had all given up.


When Kaede's spear had delivered the thousands of humans to safety, the warm light transmitted a message from the Spear Goddess. The light formed up into the shape of Kaede's adult form and it said.


"Protect these people, I have all the help I need."


The humans were not going to disobey the Spear Goddess and besides they could not even get to the boss.


As such a temporary town was built in the dungeon, protected by the elites of the human armies.


"Okay, show your master how much you have improved."


"Haha dungeon rules or whatever." Kaede laughed and suddenly attacked Azemo.
