Cured

The room fell silent. Kaitlyn was smirking as she raised her hand and small yellow butterflies and glitters trailed her fingers.

"My mate, come forth," she chanted.

The butterflies and glitters multiplied and traveled to the ground, bringing forth a man as tall as my mates but had a body as buff as Bryce. He was wearing a dark yellow suit with intricate curves and jewels adorning it.

"Hello," the man bowed. "I see that you are the ones that my mate is indebted to."

"Indebted?" I asked.

"She said she did something unforgivable and that it would be hard for you to give your forgiveness," Kronos said. "This is why I will give you full support for your upcoming battle against a formidable foe."

"How did you know about The Witxh?" Stephen asked, walking over and trying to intimidate the man.

"Titans have the ability to communicate with animals," Kronos said. "The animals around you have reported to us regularly. My queen wanted to watch over you, so I offered her hand everything she needed."

"You cannot win the battle with Olivia alone," Kaitlyn said. "That is why Kronos and I will give you our support. Everything you need. An army, power, name it."

"Why are you really doing this?" Stephen looked at his sister dead in the eye. I tried stopping him but he did not wanted to be stopped.

"I-I…" Kaitlyn stuttered, not able to comprehend the question. Surprisingly, Kronos was not angry at Stephen. Usually, when your mate is put on spot like this, the mate would be furious. But looking at Kronos, he looked calm and composed.

'He's far from calm, babe,' Aaron said in our link. I looked at him to ask and he replied, 'Feel his aura. He's hiding it but if you look closely, you'll see the gap in his restraints.'

I followed his instructions and gazed through the walls of Kronos. There, I saw hell. His aura was dark, his killing intent was showing. It was scary nonetheless.

"You see, I regret sacrificing Klyde for my own benefit," Kaitlyn confessed. "Everyday I think about it and it would only hurt me even more. And not acting in this moment of dire need would only fuel my guilt and anger towards myself."

"Are you really guilty?" Stephen asked, tears brimming in his eyes.

"Every single second of my existence," Kaitlyn said, half whispering.

"It's ready!" Charlie interrupted. When he saw the intense glaring and eye contact, he was about to back out but it was too late. "Er, I mean the potion's ready."

"Let's go to my pup then," I said and let him lead the way.

Charlie took the container that has the potion in it, leading us to the nursery. When he saw the monitor that measured the status of the baby, he panicked and ran to our little pup.

"He's in critical condition," Charlie gasped. He was scurrying around the nursery, taking medicine and herbs.

"Charlie, what is happening?" I asked him but he seemed to not hear it.

"The potion," Kaitlyn said. "Make my nephew drink the potion."

My mates looked at Kaitlyn while Charlie looked at us for confirmation. I held their hands and slowly nodded.

We don't have any more choice.

"I'm scared," I whispered. I tightened my grip on my mates' hands while watching Charlie take the cap off the container and walk over to our little pup.

Please work. Please work. Please work.

I kept chanting the words in my head, repeating them endlessly.

Charlie walked over to our oup and I held my mates' hands even tighter. I felt them flinching but I could only care less.

The container's lips met my pup's lips as the fluid slowlt poured down. I held my breathe and watch things unfold on their own.

After our little pup took the first sip, his body glowed with a light green color. I gasp as he drunk the contents of the container, seemingly getting healthier every second that passed.

Charlie walked over to us and smiled. "He's okay now. Everything is stable."

I gasped and couldn't hep the happiness flow out of me. I laughed in relief while Charlie handed me our little one, my mates placing their foreheads on my head, kissing me.

"Congratulations," Kaitlyn said. "I have done my job."

Stephen run up to her and hug her. "Thank you so much. I miss you, sis."

Kaitlyn full blown cried when her brother's arms reached her. "I miss you too, little brother. I'm so sorry."

"I can't hate you forever," Stephen snuffled. "That's not something I could do."

"How can I ever make it up to you?" Kaitlyn asked, tightly hugging her younger brother as if he was going to go away.

"Ask Klyde," Stephen snorted. "He should decide what to do."

Kaitlyn looked at me with pleading eyes, "Klyde, I'm sorry."

"We need your help," I said. We were now at the conference room with the pack leaders. Kailtyn and Kronos sat on the opposite side of the table. "You see, Olivia is not just an ordinary witch/fairy hybrid. She's a god."

"And of course, mortals do not have the capabilities to defeat a god, right," Kronos nodded. "So, what is your plan?"

"We want you to fight alongside us," Aaron suggested. "After she annihilates the shapeshifters, she will follow every single Supernatural in the world until she has enough power to wreck havoc in your world."

"That would be hard considering our realm is inaccessible to non-titans," Kaitlyn said but was stopped by her mate.

"I have to confess," Kronos said. "If Kaitlyn is indeed a god, then she can go to Titon, our world. Gods were granted permission to go to several places in the universe and that includes our world."

"So basically, no one is safe?" I asked to which Kronos nodded. "If she does somehow get stronger, she will not only destroy the Supernatural worlds but also the human worlds. She might even challenge the Sun God if she really feels like it."

"So, she's basically a b*tch with a crazy obsession for murder," Stephen sighed. "That doesn't sound so great."

"That is not so great, Stephen," I chuckled. He scoffed and ruffled my hair.

"We don't need an army," Kronos interrupted. "We only need few strong people who could overpower the Witxh. At least 10 people would be sufficient."

"And our roster would include you three," Kronos smirked. "You have something inside you that's going to be our trump card."

I gulped and looked at my mates. "Trump card?"
