 “You did what?” Raelynn half-shouted. 


 “I just made a deal with him,” Alto said defensively. 


 “A deal that could go horribly wrong!” Raelynn yelled in frustration. “Plus, you could be stuck here for God knows how long, then-” 


 “Raelynn, I got it under control.” 


 “No you don’t. You don’t even know if Janus’s dead. YOU only care about yourself. Ha, you probably don’t even care about Janus. Let him do the hard work, right?” 


 “Do you not remember why we’re even here? You needed one of us-” 


 “You were captured already!” Raelynn sighed, then turned around. “Leave me,” she said as she stalked away. Shit. What am I going to do now? Alto sighed in defeat.
