Emmanuel seemed to be calling her name, but she couldn't hear anything more than that.

She clutched the part of her chest which was also where her heart was located; it was hurting a lot.

Ahhh...! Isoken woke up from her dream screaming. She was panting and covered in sweat, the pain she felt from her chest that seemed like it was about to kill her also disappeared immediately.

'Why was her chest in pain?' She wondered.

She looked around her bed and discovered a book with a hard back. It happened that she slept off while reading and in the course of her dream rolled on top of the book.

The book gave a slight pain to her chest due to resting on it. Just that the dream amplified it, then the brain waves blah...blah...blah...worked their magic, you get the gist.

What she dreamed about, was not everything that happened on Friday.

Isoken checked the clock for the time, it read 3:00 am. She decided to go pee, after that she would drink a glass of water before returning back to bed to continue sleeping.

Now lets recap...

...

After she left the classroom and headed for the big tree in the garden, there was someone seated near the tree, just that it wasn't Emmanuel.

Isoken knew the guy, just she couldn't put a name to the face. He never gave her any kind of impression before thus making her not be able to remember his name when she spotted him. They had never crossed parts till today or talked to one another since their stay in school.

Isoken continued walking till she got close to the tree and sat near it, not greeting or facing the boy.

She brought out her note book and decided to begin scribbling to take her mind off things.

After a long while, she heard a voice say, "Hey." In a faint whisper. She decided to ignore it, since it might be her imagination.

"Hey!" The voice said a bit louder than the whisper this time. Isoken turned to the source of the voice and saw it was him, the guy she still couldn't remember his name, and didn't want to even bother trying to.

"Are you talking to me?" She asked with a frown on her face.

"Is there anyone else here?" He said in a jovial tone, he laughed when he saw Isoken's expression.

She looked at him as if he had two heads and the frown on her face deepened.

She turned her head back to face what she was doing, when she concluded that he was wasting her time.

The guy moved his body closer to hers, before stretching out his hand and blocked her view from seeing the book that she was scribbling on.

She raised her head, took a deep breath and told herself to calm down, before she turned to face him.

"What do you want?" She asked in an unpleasant tone.

"Hey there! My name is David."
