Spreading Curse

"Uh...magic?" she flashed a toothy smile proclaiming innocence.

"..."

"What happened to always telling the truth?"

Princess Hwa averted her gaze, "You don't want to know, oppa."

"I would not have asked if I didn't," Hao Xuan continued to press for answers, "But if you don't want to tell me that's a different thing. I guess our deal ends here, huh?"

"No!" she squirmed and jumped out of his arms, "You can't, you promised!"

She became so anxious by his empty little threat that Hao Xuan almost felt bad for her.

"So did you."

"But...if I tell you, you will be mad."

"No I won't. As long as it's the truth I won't care-"

"Yes you will!" she yelled out of frustration, stomping her feet in indignation.

"You were mad the last time it happened, and you will be again if I tell you now, so it can't be now!"

Hao Xuan's eyes narrowed, 'Last time?'

"Then when?"

She could feel Hao Xuan pulling away so Princess Hwa told him what little she could.
