Alusec and Ruby flew above the city headed towards Rin's courtyard.
Initially Ruby wanted to race Alusec but, he turned it down saying the island couldn't endure both of their explosive speeds.
Ruby had fully awakened her kunpeng bloodline thousands of years ago. Not only was she the queen of oceans she was also the queen of the skies. Even though she couldn't use her full strength as a deity due to inner injuries, going full speed on this island would generate weather turbulences that could cause the island to be destroyed.
"You're just afraid of losing master," Ruby teased and flew further ahead.
Alusec, "..."
---
In a few seconds, they arrived at Rin's courtyard. Rin was outside the small house sitting at the entrance. She stared at the sky when she felt the vibrations in the air but she couldn't follow their speed because in her eyes they just appeared before her bringing mild winds.
"Big sis Ruby..." Rin jumped up and ran into her embrace.
"Hey lass, I was only gone for a few, did you miss me?" Ruby said while rubbing Rin's hair softly.
"Hmm... Lord Alusec," Rin said respectfully as she bowed slightly. Ever since she found out that Alusec was once a very powerful god she had been addressing Alusec with reverence.
'Aisshh! so troublesome,' Alusec had told her repeatedly that there was no need for formalities but it all fell on deaf ears. Alusec
Since Ruby explained to him everything that happened to her, Alusec had already decided that he would repay her hospitality by helping her get back her parents trading organization.
"Big sis Ruby, What was that in the sky earlier? It still gives me shivers thinking about it.... is the island under an attack by a powerful being?" Rin asked with urgency. Alusec just shrugged his shoulders and walked into the small house leaving both ladies outside to talk.
"Oh that... There's no attack, you don't have to worry. It's just master making a recovery into the supreme level," Ruby clarified making Rin's eyes widen, "Eh? does that mean..." Rin didn't even finish her statement cos she was still wondering if so was hearing clearly.
"Sorry if it disturbed you... master didn't mean to," Ruby apologized on behalf of Alusec making Rin feel even more dumbfounded.
'That was the doing of just one person?' Rin was thinking earlier that the eye in the sky was a combination of several cultivator's strengths.
---
Alusec walked into the house and proceeded to the small room on the left. He sat down cross-legged in mid-air above the small bed.
snap!
Alusec snapped his fingers and two small transparent containers appeared. The transparent containers were about ten centimeters in length. Alusec made them float in the air in front of him.
"Both Rhadelia souls need my blood to recover fast,"
Alusec said while his right index fingernail grew in size becoming above seven inches long as the tip became very pointy.
Puch!
Alusec stabbed his finger three inches deep into his left arm and drew a long gash on it.
Prreewww!
Surprisingly Alusec's blood didn't gush out, instead, it slowly came out of the cut in droplets.
The droplets were bright red different from the normal type of blood. It looked so thick and beautiful that it could be mistaken for a solid substance.
A drop of a god's blood was very concentrated. The amount that one drop contained was comparable to the full-body blood of twelve mortals.
Alusec's blood was especially more so. He even had to create a barrier with his aura so his blood wouldn't affect the room.
The blood flowed into the container on the left. In a few seconds, his blood had already filled half of the container.
"Ruby did a good job of crafting this container, it's able to hold my blood... Now everything else is left to Rhadelia. He better absorb everything or he's gonna need another vessel, "Alusec muttered as the second container was being filled up now.
Alusec closed his eyes and reminisced about everything that happened in the last one month.
When he got back he should have left for the Baki clan after ten days but Ruby held him down. He was dragged around from place to place within the city by Ruby. She had Him visit the garment factory and new black robes were customized for him.
The one he was wearing now were customized with gold color at the collar area, the hem, and sleeves. The insignia 'A' on his left chest area, was also customized with gold color.
Alusec was also taken to a craftmaster named Sir Pablo. A long sword was customized from the tough body of the crab lord. Sir Pablo used the body of the crab lord to create a black looking sword. The sword could change temperature based on the wielder's will. The sword weighed two hundred thousand kilograms when Sir Pablo was finished with it. He saw the sword as a failed project believing that no one would be able to wield that kind of sword for too long, but Alusec picked it up and proceeded to put it in his personal space.
Sir Pablo wanted to tell him that he couldn't wield it for too long due to weight but Alusec shrugged it off and left with one word, "It's too light compared to the legendary swords I used to wield,"
Ruby chucked at those words with understanding while, Sir Pablo just watched them leave. He stared at Alusec's back as moved in the distance, he was getting further and further away but Sir Pablo felt like Alusec's back was getting broader and broader.
Then Lastly Ruby took Alusec to gamble and drink. Alusec who hadn't had any wine or brewery of any kind in a long time finally tasted one again but to him, their finest wine was nothing compared to the wines he tasted in the celestial realm. Ruby gambled her way to the top floor with Alusec. They ended up wrecking the organization, who were on their knees begging them to leave.
Alusec had the urge to facepalm seeing the way Ruby was causing a ruckus, in every location they visited.
Afterward, they headed for the forest where Rin was training only to find out that she had been kidnapped by the people Ruby saved her from when they met for the first time.
Alusec just sat down and placed his back and head against a tree behind, watching how the drama will unfold. He felt pity for those who messed with the demoness. Rin was like a pet to her. Taking away the demoness pet resulted in manslaughter. Ruby didn't spare them like the last time. The one who had his whole arm yanked off the last time brought his senior brother to come to deal with Ruby but found Rin instead and decided to take her. This time his head was yanked off, including that of his brother and companions. Alusec hadn't killed anyone since he arrived on this planet but that didn't mean he would tell Ruby not to. Not every celestial was lenient and so merciful to keep letting annoying flies buzz in their ears but Ruby had let them go with a warning earlier. Now they chewed more than they could bite.
After the incident, Alusec spent three weeks training Rin and treating Ruby inner injuries. He was able to help Ruby recover to half of her strength back and Rin broke through to the earth transformation level.
Alusec spent a week orchestrating what happened in the celestial realm. Since he had already put his plans in motion a long time ago he didn't need to do much. Alusec absorbed energy from the diminishing void to breakthrough faster. The energy from the diminishing void would not negatively affect it's Guardian, even if it did, Alusec was impervious from the start. That was why he had to be chained with the source draining shackles.
