Creating a Task Force!

"Sir, we gave away more than 100.000 IT Stars." Starisk came to my study on the first floor and reported, but he looked concerned.

"Tell me what is bothering you, Starisk," I said while going over the numbers.

"Sir, giving away a currency without anything supporting it seems hazardous," Starisk said, choosing his words carefully. In this last month, he became my assistant, thus he was one of the only few that could come to my study.

"But it is supported by something. There a lot of merchandise here. Can't you see it?" I asked, showing around. "Information is more valuable than you think, Starisk. That is what makes my business successful. Just by promising a formula, I could make thousands of people line up on my doorstep. Without giving any privilege to the rich."

"About that, sir. We got a lot of complaints, and people in power don't want to wait in line." Starisk slipped the subject in sneakily.

"I am aware of it. Keep it like this for a few more days. Later we can take them in from the back door. We have to protect the front we promised. Information Trove is fair to anyone and everyone. All we care about is information." I sighed. It is already going as I planned, but Starisk was right about one thing. I didn't have anything to support all that currency. I couldn't sell only alchemical formulas.

"How is the creation of task force going?" I asked after a long silence.

"Candidates are ready to sign away. All we need is permission, and Manager Damya prepared all the paperwork. All we have to do now is wait." Starisk answered with a smile.

Manager Damya was of Spirit Race. They were rare in this world, but because of their long lifespans and bodies could evade most of the attacks, they would live many years. Damya was famous throughout the world and was a capable person. I was surprised at her resume when I was looking for talents to work in the organization. To my surprise, Filverel said Damya was his close friend and wanted to had a dream similar to mine, thus agreed to help me. I empower her immediately, lest she change her mind.

"It is good. How about the schools we are building?" I asked as I looked at him. He flinched visibly.

"The constructions are going on, but there aren't positive responses to the school system you are creating." Starisk couldn't wrap his head around what I am trying to create.

"No worries. After we apply it, people will beg us to allow their children in. At the time, we will ask real currency to accept their children." I said serenely.

"Sir, forgive my bluntness, but is it about money?" Starisk asked, confused.

"Of course not, Starisk. Of course not. To change an idea, you have to build it up. You cannot just bring down a view from the skies and expect people to accept it." Building schools across the continent was my second plan. Children of this world grew up with the ideals their parents taught. A Racist family brought up a racist child, and an open-minded family brought one alike. But with a school system, I can mold their young minds into my ideals.

I already started construction in the city. And in one month's time, there will be more than five schools for children at the age of 6 to 18. Schools in this world only aim to teach cultivation or other related arts. Such as Alchemy or Blacksmith. But at my school, there will be science, philosophy, and more lessons. When living in an age where power rules supreme, these subjects may seem redundant, but in time people will see their uses.

Firstly, I will make famous people teach once a month, if possible once a week. After getting enough exposure, people will compete on sending their children, not for their children's education. And when that time comes, I will start my plan, "brainwashing the young generation."

I already have Alchemy Master at Rank III who can teach every week. Nope, not my persona, Master Alchemist Altair, but newly elated Rank III Alchemy Master, Filverel. He accepted my offer thanks to my master and me and agreed to teach two hours every week.

'My master,' Master Altair, on the other hand, agreed to teach once a month and will show up last Friday of the month. All in all, the school already had a strong personnel cadre.

I offered some of the famous Blacksmith masters to teach weekly and monthly, but so far, without a positive return.

Luckily I was a man with many connections right now and was able to find strong teachers and professors who will teach daily, weekly, and monthly thanks to Uni School having my back. Even though not popular, the subjects I wanted to teach existed long before I was born. Thus it wasn't that hard to find a teacher that could teach the subject.

After sending away Starisk, I looked at the files he brought. Names and details of the task force I was creating. There were many strong and famous names, done lots of fieldwork before. Now they wanted to work for me, of course, I was more than happy to have them in my organization.

For my plans, I needed lots of capable women and men willing to court disaster. But at this point, I had no luxury to slip up, because what I was playing at the moment was, me or them situation. I will come through with flying colors, or I will perish in this cause.
