“Hey cute boy! Get some orange juice for me! " Gabby ordered Michael. Without a word Michael immediately got up from where he was sitting.

The woman then put her cup back on the table and looked at Daniel. She raised her eyebrows and told her husband to ask further questions.

"Karate team? Father doesn't understand, could you please explain more slowly?" Daniel asked.

Gabby mumbled incoherently after her father asked that. She forced her brain to think hard, trying to find the best way to explain about what happened this afternoon. How could she talk about her training for the race?

"I had a sports lesson today. Well, a stranger suddenly walked over to me. Then, he asked if I was interested in joining his karate team," Gabby explained.

Ever since Gabby had practiced karate with Coach Hendrik, her talent in martial arts surfaced. So, Gabby would make her parents to support her decision in any way.
