hunting season part I

for the past two years Rigoberto and Nina kept seen each other. at first it was just a simple friendship. later it started to turn into something else.

they found some excuses to invite each other to not official dates. for a moment in his life Rig was able to feel love, the one thing that he never understood in life. he deny about its existence until now. he can finally understand the beauty of love.

the love you found on songs, on movies, and tales told from ancient times. it was the same feeling he was feeling right now. and he couldn't deny it now, the feeling is growing inside of him. it was something so beautiful.

on the last two years Rig only killed four men in total. he didn't know why, but even his wrath was in decay. he was able to smile because of Nina. there were so many feelings that he started to feel like peace. but jet there was some dark shadow following him everywhere he went.

Rig knew that this moment won't be eternal. eventually he would fall back to his animal like behavior, follow by more rage than ever. Rig has two choices. he either accepts the change without looking back. or he fights back and goes back to how he used to be.

there was one person that didn't approved the change that Nina was making on him. that person is Martin, the obsessive fan. the one person who has stand at Rig's side on the last seven years.

he wasn't ready to let the legend end without the proper ending of a legend, a legend only goes down follow by glory. let's talk more about Martin Johnson, he was witness of the murder of his parents when he was a child.

he also has grown up with his aunt since he was a child. for many years Martin was bullied in school. no matter in how many schools he went there was always someone whom was able to smell his fear and threat him like shit.

but all of that ended when he heard of a man who killed three criminals in self defense. Martin was happier when he heard the last name Robbins. the same last name of the man whom killed his parents.

and since that moment Martin saw Rigoberto as a hero that fall from the sky to guide him on a quest for chastisement. send to get rid of the scum that is destroying the peace of his town.

for him Rig did a major change in the world. he started to believe that his path was at the side of his hero, helping him to change the world. if the world can't be change, then he would burned it until there are only ashes left.

Martin had many hopes for a tomorrow. but now Martin is furious to see his hero falling in the mercy of a woman. he doesn't have anything against woman. actually he was happy when his hero used to date Joan and they used to do their couple's stuff.

in those times Rig used to go after his next victim. but with Nina is different. he has notice that at her side. his hero has started to kill less and less. there is some anger inside of Martin. he has tried to hide it, but he can't hide it anymore.

in the last two years Detective Brandon Williams has been doing his job. he has send to jail many of the criminals in town. jet he can't keep fighting alone when he is against his childhood friend and gang lord, Tiziano from the Fierro family.

at the other side Detective Williams is also against the 'midnight Reaper.' the man who cleans the streets with blood and fear.

maybe detective Williams is a great man. and maybe he is the light on this town. but he is only a man. he is only a man against monsters.

even the luckiest men on earth eventually loses his luck, but detective Williams has never stopped before. even if reality hits him. he always stand up again to fight crime. the Detective has a priority.

in his way to a righteous fight he has stop for a moment. to notice the inner beauty about his favorite waitress, Sidney Harris. the girl whom has a magnet that brings the monsters and animals at the same point.

Sidney has a something that even the most savage animals and terrifying beast kneel in front of her inner beauty. her simple external beauty. in the outside she might be another pretty blonde. but in the inside she is the only one that can bring the best side to beast or men. and is likely that the detective is one of them.

Brandon Williams has fallen under her charms. she has become the light that brings peace in his heart. he wants to protect her and be at her side. but he stops in front of her before making any romantic move. because he is afraid that he might drag her into his dark world, even if he is able to protect her.

his world is not pretty. Detective Williams wants to keep that beautiful and unique smile of hers safe forever. sometimes he asks himself if he has lost his touch. looking at her he realized that there is some beauty in this world that is worth fighting for.

in the meantime.

Rig is walking on the park with a dog following him. Rig calls Martin. no one answers. he is a bit nervous. Rig looks in front of him, to he sees Joan taking to his brother in a wheelchair around of the park. they are laughing and talking.

Amado holds Joan's hand. he blushes as he whispers looking at the floor. Joan touches Amado's chin. he looks up at her. Joan kisses his lips. a little girl walks between them. she calls them 'mom' and 'dad.'

Amado hugs the little girl. he kisses Joan's hand. Joan blushes. Joan is looking at someone with love, and not lust. Amado seems to be the love she always tried to find. he seems to love and respect her. they look like the perfect couple.

a tear falls from Rig's eyes. someone touches his right shoulder. when he turns he sees Nina smiling at him. she asks him if he is crying.

"did you know that you are the most wonderful person in this world called earth? I can't think of anything better than to be at your side. even the coldest and darkest day can be beautiful if you are there at my side."

Nina blushes. she hugs him. some tears fall from Rigoberto's eyes. he sighs as he feels Nina's warmth. Rig has just notice that he is jealous of his older brother. he is jealous of Amado for being a normal human.

"I am not sure if I deserve you, or if my love is worthy of your time. but one thing I can promise to you. I will do the impossible to make you happy at my side. I would do the impossible so you don't cry of pain. but of joy at my side."

Nina looks at his teary eyes. she kisses him with love and tenderness. they feel how an empty hole in their hearts is been fill with sweet feelings. there is nothing else that they could want more than spending time with the person that they love the most.

they go to a cinema to see a movie together. that whole time Rig felt how his heart was beating so fast that he was scared at first. but then he understood that he is in love. for the first time he was able to understand an emotion that is complex.

Rig is happy to be able to feel something more than hate or anger. it was a different emotion that make him feel some sort of peace that felt eternal. maybe he wasn't a 'normal' human. maybe he lacks most of his humanity. at least he can feel love.

Rig holds Nina's hand. there is a kissing scene. they look at each other's eyes. Rig kisses her with passion and desire. Nina closes her eyes as she holds him tight. she holds him with all her strength.

their mutual emptiness guided them for a path that felt cold and cruel. at last both of them had found warmth and an eternal love. it feels like everything that happened before was just so this moment could happen.

in the meantime.

Martin is dragging a body inside of the woods. he takes a shovel from his car. with it he starts to dig on the dirt while he is whistling and smiling. he puts the body inside of the hole and he leaves back to his car.

he looks at his phone. he notice that his hero called him. he used to be happy when his hero called him before. now he is just angry because he believes that his hero has been corrupted by Nina. Rig is no longer the great hero he used to be.

Martin is so full of hate and anger. he has been thinking in different ways to bring his hero back to his routine of murder and blood. he wants Nina out of his way.

Martin knows that killing Nina is a stupid move that could even costs him his life. so he has chosen a better thing to do. he is going to make sure that she knows what Rigoberto does in his free time.

if that doesn't work, then detective Williams will be his plan B. no one, nor nothing is stopping Martin from having his hero back.

if Rig refuses to change, then he is better in prison, or dead. Martin is driving as he thinks about a plan. he looks at the streets full of dirt and human trash. Martin is even more angry now. he is becoming more wicked every second that passes.

"I can't deal with this anymore. I kill one rat and thousand more are already in the streets consuming this society, and they contaminate the souls of others. if you want to kill a rat bring an exterminator. I will crush their skulls with my savior. once he understands that he can't abandon his duty as the savior of this rotten town."

Martin laughs like a maniac. he is so full of rage. he has never forgotten what happened to his parents. every night he has the same nightmare. at night he sees the same face and the same bloody hands. his rage is the wrath of a vengeful soul.

the killers never went to prison. there wasn't any evidence related to them. the only witness at the time was a six year old boy. a boy who no one believed, nor stop to listen. it has been about twenty years since that incident.

Martin has being trying to find the killers. but there is no trace of their whereabouts. there is nothing for him to do. all he can do is to wish for their eternal condemnation. for all his life he has feed his rage. but he has never felt love. he doesn't know love.

unlike Jack, Martin doesn't understand about emotions. and unlike Rigoberto, Martin has never been interested on finding emotions, nor being 'normal.' Martin is like Jack and Rigoberto on certain way. but he is so different on other ways.

the world that Martin knows is only a world about blood and gore. and unlike other similar guys, Martin never gets hard while hurting others. is likely that Martin has never get hard on his life, or he just doesn't know when he is hard.

there is a reason why this point is important. that means that Martin doesn't hurt for sexual pleasure unlike other killers. which makes it easier for him to control impulses. Martin is less a human with desires and pleasures.

he is more like a machine that does what it is programmed to do. the only thing he understands is his never ending rage. his rage is like a fire that never dies. is a storm that only grows stronger with time. this is his Wrath.

On the Cinema.

Rig and Nina are leaving the cinema. Nina is holding a bag with few popcorn left. she eats the popcorn while thinking about the kiss. she receives a message from her dad. she is ignoring her dad this days. she hates her dad since his divorce.

it is not like she hates her dad. it is just that he never had time for her, nor for her mom. who was always dealing with depression. her dad only had eyes for his job. he kept working nonstop until her mom got tired. he had more devotion for his job.

Nina turns her phone off. she then looks at Rig. he is blushing. he was also thinking about the kiss. this is a new experience for them both.

Nina smiles at him. she approaches him. she whispers asking him if he wanted another kiss on the lips. Rig nods with a red face. Nina kisses him with so much passion, she kisses him like if the world was about to end.

for a second there was no body else on the world. for a moment the world only belonged to them. for a second it felt like time had stopped. for a moment it was a journey to a world full of magic.

it was still day time. there were other couples walking. but no other couple felt more real than them. no other couple was able to expressed their feelings better than them. it was a moment, but a great eternal never ending moment.

Rig hugs Nina with all his strength. he whispers sweet little things. he tells her how much he truly loves her. he talks about spending the rest of his days at her side. it is a promise between two lovers.

the day was long. they had time for their date. both of them walk holding hands. Rig has being a cold motherfucker for so long. jet here he is trembling at her side. trembling by just feeling Nina's love.

Nina receives more messages and calls from her dad. she keeps ignoring them. Rig asks her if there is anything bothering her. she tells him that it is nothing. it is her dad. she explains how her dad is a businessman who is never hope.

there was some pain as she talks about her life. this was the first time that Nina ever talked about her life. Rig never asked her before. now he feels bad knowing that she has felt so lonely for so long.

Rig hugs her. Rig tells her her that he will always be at her side. Nina cries on his shoulders without stopping. there are so many things on her heart right now. Nina feels relief by just feeling him close to her.
