The way my body reacts seeing him falling off a bridge is on a nerve reflex!

My hands fly towards his hoodie cap as I drag him back with all my body force ,he falls back on the ground on his butt.

I quickly jump on top of him and give him a big tight slap on his face.

I sob and try to control my tears,I grab him by his collar.

As I lift him up to my face "why!!!?? would you do that!!!you mad man!!!do you know!!what would happend to me ?? How scared I was seeing you on the edge of life and death!! Do you have any Idea , what I'd have done to myself if something had happened to you!!" I keep shouting at him slapping him left and right.



He keeps my hands in his hold as he sits up with me still on top 9f him,I get calmed down a bit as I look at I'm in the eyes and notice his tear stained face.

I hug his close to me, tightly "don't ever do that stupidity!!!!"

He looks down at his hand.

"You used to give those inspiring speeches all the time! what happened to you now!"I ask shaking him.

Still not over the current happened scene

"I- I k-know I keep t-telling them coz it's easy t-to say b-but I forget I an h-human too" he says with his still down eyes.

"We all are and we got our own problems!!!you know life can be pretty rough on us! But You can't just leave every fucking thing behind and leave like a selfish little bastard!" I say pushing his chest

"No!this is how life works!,it is not Disney where everything turns out well in the end,life-,life i-its a modern Fairy tale no happy endings" he says

"Thats wrong! Just know that if you don't get your happy ending then your story isn't over yet it has more of it for you!" I say lifting his face in my palms.

He hugs me hiding his face in my shoulder

"I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!!!....I can't hide this anymore! I was selfish,you did everything for me, showered me with your love and trust,but I kept you in dark when I knew you deserved to know the truth"

I frown at his statement.

"What truth"

I ask seriously.

"I'll tell you but promise me you'll hear the whole thing!?" I nod holding both of his hand.

"I knew Ezra from the college!....s-she was my ex..." My grip on his hand tightens.

I leave out a breathy sigh as i usher him to continue.

"I was a fresher at University as her too,me and her were in the same class at dance.she was beautiful and cheerful , I and Ezra got along really well,and oneday I asked her out and she said yes, we both were good till some weeks,I thought we both were together,but one day I saw her hanging out and being too close to other boys.so when I talked to her about it.she told me I got the wrong idea,she never saw me in that way.she just went on date with me coz she didn't wanted to make me feel bad.i felt cheated on.coz I knew i was played we were intimate and then she comes to me saying I got the wrong Idea,i was really angry at her,I left the dance class and really hated her for what she did to me.she was with me until she gained popularity and then left me like I didn't matter at all.i wanted revenge.." he kept on telling me as I kept myself collected

"Then?" I asked.

"Then o-one day at the club...."

Ethan's pov

I was getting to my house on my bicycle at evening when I saw Ezra passing by me looking furious.

I scoffed at her as she passed me as I didn't existed.

I decided to follow her.

I saw her entering the club,as I moved along with her hiding from her sight.

She was looking for someone...

"Stupid hoe! Always looking for men for her fun!"

She walked towards Niall and took him to a side and started shouting at him,they both were having a heated argument.

I turned around to move away when I saw ross and his friends entering the club.

"She's never gonna change!" I mumbled as I moved past them.

But ross held me as he turned me to face him.

"Uhuh!!boy! Who she! New chick huh?" He asked putting his arms around me.

I wasn't close to ross,I just knew him as he was my classmate and one of ezras ex.

I moved his arms away from me as I said "no! I was talking about our universitys hoe!" I said scoffing

He frowned,as he asked..."who?"

"Ezra Gracia" I said. As I moved away

"Hey! Ethan!! where is she?" He asked me all of a sudden.after discussing with his friends about something.

"Left corridor to the bar!!" I said frowning, giving them a questioning look.

"Ok!!she got some debts to clear off!!" He said as moved to the club with his friends.

"What exactly are y'all planning to do?" I ask

"Nothing just giving her a taste of her own medicine! Don't worry were jus playing around"

I followed them,and saw them talking to her.

They all were having an argument but it didn't look that intense.

"Ooppss!! Sorry buddy!!" Someone crashed into me.as he spilled his drink on me.

"Thats fine!" I said as i moved to the bathroom to clean my shirt.

Just when I was about to leave the bar. I heard Ezra shouting.

I thought of going to help her.

....but I didn't!

It was the worstest decision ever.

I thought they were bullying her or maybe just getting on her nerves..,Ezra was a biggest drama queen,I thought she might be overreacting as she always does,I was too inconsiderate about the fact that she was women caught between a bunch of men.

I thought that hoe deserved some good treatment for treating people like trash.

But what I didn't know that it would go this wrong and I'd hear about her death news in 2 days.

The investigation came off,as she committed sucide coz she wasn't able to withhold the fact her sextape was viral.

I didn't know she was gonna be drugged and raped.

I never thought the guys of our university might be such monsters.

The hatred I had for her blinded me from going for her help.

But the minute I heard the news I knew I was regret this whole my life -

"I'm sorryy!!!I didn't know it was going to make her take this big step,I didn't know what they were doing!!!but I take the blame!!.plss!!! don't hate me for this" I say as I tell her everything.

She leaves the hand she was holding.as looks blankly at the space.

"Adley!!!adley!!I'm sorry!!I know im a moster!! I'm not able to forgive myself toll today!! And This is the reason I decided to take this step,I couldn't face you knowing you showered me with all your love and trust, where as I was a fucking coward, making u go through this alone when I was a part of this too,I w-was too scared to loose you,too weak to see hate in your eyes.....pls! Forgive me" I said holding her face.

She broke out of the stance! As she hugged me tighter.

"I thought if I wasn't here anymore then everything would be fine,the truth would be hidden and won't hate me and I'd get my punishment"he says sniffing and clenching his hands due to frustration.

"You forgot what I said? I said I loved you! Maybe I'm a bit mad at you coz you hid it from me, but I'd never hate you !Idiot! You were selfish for leaving me like this,if u were this scared to see me leave!.then have you thought what I'd go though to see your lifeless body ??I'd have nothing left to live for and yes!!! You are the biggest coward!!! What would you feel if you see my dead bo-"

"DON'T!!IM SORRY!!!I WAS i- was emotional!!!I won't do that" he says rubbing his tears!!

"I love you!!!" I say holding him tight.

We both stay their for a while like that.

"Hmm?"I ask still holding him

"I think we should go"

"Why ?it feels nice over here"

"We don't want people seeing you half naked in the middle of streets now do we?" He asks raising his brows

I blink " oh shit!!!I almost forgot!!!" I jump up from him as he laughs at me.

I look at myself still in his shirt in the middle of the streets

He gives me his hoodie to tie it at my back.

As we Both run home holding hands....

We both were standing in front of his house,aka his aunts house.

As he suddenly turns to me

"I love you too" he says.

I give him a weirdo look

"What?i Didn't reply you at that time so!"

I scoff,"wow! Your so quick!" I state

As he pecks my lips as the door opens revealing his aunt

"Yah yah!! not in public!! Where were you both dorks disappeared early in the morning!?" She asks stiffly

"I-for a walk"

"To get a coffee"

We both say at the same time.

She narrows her eyes.susopecious

"U-i- We went on a walk to get us coffee! Right adley?"he asks nudging

"Yeahyehah" I laugh nervously

"Huh!!I understand everything kids!! don't think I'm a fool,I couldn't sleep yesterday because of yall you know" she says folding her arms

"Huh! I'm sorry! But why so?" I ask confused.

She turns around gesturing us to get in

"You guys worry me " And she disappears into the kitchen.

Ethan looks at me wide eyed.

"We weren't that lo-" he mumbles

"Yahhh!!this is embarrassing!! I'm gOINg HoMe!!!" I say as I go to his room to get changed.

"ADLEY!! STAY FOR THE BREAKFAST!!YOU MUST BE TIRED"

His aunt shouts from the kitchen Making me groan....

And ethan is loosing his shit form laughing so hard..

I sigh as I look at him, laughing heartly.

I guess we got our happy ending.
