Adley's pov

The university graduation was over.

Ethan is doing music at one of  the best institutes in our town.

He is following his Passion and I love him for that,his love for music is real and I can literally see that.

I'm doing my masters and have joined a dance academy but not as a student but as a teacher.

The heads of the academy really loved my and Samuels performance at our college and offered us the position, as Samuel flew abroad for further studies he couldn't accept the offer,but I straight away did.

Life's good so far,we both are living our dreams.

I was getting ready for our university get together party.when the doorbell of my apartment rings .

I smile knowing who it is. I grab my earrings from the table as I shuffle towards the door trying to wear my earrings.

I open the door to be greeted by this amazing man in his black fit

He greets me with a sweet smile and tight hug.

im still staring at him.,he has changed alot after university,he has been working out and grown his hair a bit long and this outfit is just *chef's kiss* can't take my eyes off him.

He looks down to himself as he asks."do I look good?"

"No! " I say and he walks inside behind me.

"You look hot!" I say as I turn around to give peck on his cheeks.

He smiles wide.

"Just 5 mins I'll be out" I say as I go in to get my things and finish up my look.

I come out after some while



"Does this look too much?" I ask him wearing my cream strap heels.

"Nothing's too much on you" he says looking at me adoringly.

"You've become undeniably sweet with words mr Miller" I say stepping in front of him.

"Is that a problem?" He asks bending down towards my face

"Yes!! Coz I might catch diabetes real soon" I say as bop his nose

He scruches his nose at that.

"Let's go!"

At the party.



The hall is full of colors, people are having fun with eachother.

The hall looks too much for a small get together party, but, hey! It looks amazing.

I look around for Ethan as im sipping my drink.

He is been leaving me alone for a while now saying he needs to be somewhere. I see him conversing with a lady in a crowd.

The way he smile when he talks to someone the gentleness in his actions those angelic eyes takes my breath away.

What did I do in my past life to deserve him.

"Good evening!" I see a man in fornt of me.



"Uh! Good evening to you too" I say abit taken aback by the unknown person.

"You looked lost,so I thought u won't mind me joining you" he says giving me a cute grin.

This man is soo cute.

"No! I don't and actually I am with someone he mus- " I turn around to see ethan

When I feel a arms wrapping around my waist.

Ethan comes from behind me.smiling at the guy

"Ethan!!bro!! didn't see you here man" the guy says as they both give friendly hug.

"He is jimin! The guy from my music class he is from our university too" ethan says.

Oh! Jimin ! Ethan keeps telling me about him. The only friend I've heard of ethan since university.they Both seem close.ethan always tells me about how fun this jimin guy is.

I smile at jimin.giving him a hand shake.

"Nice meeting you jimin"

"....and you must be his sister right?" He asks making me frown and ethan to move towards his side.

Ethan smacks jimin behind head "girlfriend! idiot !girlfriend!" He says

Jimin laughs jumping away from Ethan.

"Sorry!!I know!I know! I was just kidding" he says

Jimin wraps a friendly shoulder around me as he says

"I know! You are adley! His girlfriend!Ethan just won't stop talking about you!I just wanted to get on his nerves."

I smile at the fact that ethan talks about me to his friends.

"Arms off her! you flirt" ethan says playfully smacking his head again.

At which jimin withdraws his hand from my shoulder.whining with grumpy face.

"I'll be back! Just a min" ethan says as he disappears from my sight

"Why did you choose to be with that douchebag!?" Jimin asks caressing his head where he got smacked twice,with a grumpy face.

I laugh at his cuteness

"You don't choose to be with someone you can live with, you choose the one you cannot live without. And I cannot live without him!!"

I say shrugging.

Jimin gives me a warm smile as says."he is Lucky to have you aldey! And trust me he is whipped up for u too"

The lights turn dark all of a sudden making me shuffle through my bag to search my phone.

The dark hall is illuminated my several torch lights of the people in the hall,it looks kinda beautiful.

But all the flashes hurts my eyes a bit as im still searching for my phone.

"Let's go there come!" Someone wispers into my ear.

Tingles run down my body at his voice.

"Ethan!" I say as I turn to him

His face is not clear just illuminated by the small rays of torches of others.

He takes me in his hold as we both walk somewhere near the hall.

The place is not clear and I don't know where we are going.its just torches and people shuffling I can hear.

We come to a halt.as I shrink my eyes to look around and see where we are exactly,but the darkness is not helping me.

Suddenly lights turn on flashing on eyes making me close my eyes with my hand.

It takes me some seconds to adjust to the light and thats when I see him

....on his knees, with a ring. Making me gasp,at the sudden proposal.



I look around to see the people around us smiling at us. Golden lights are everywhere.

When did he plan this all!

This is just too much all of a sudden,I am taken aback would be a understatement.

He is looking at me lovingly and expectantly,oh! And he looks so nervous.

He puts his hand in front of me as I take it. I'm blinking really fast trying my best not to cry!

Its the best moment of my life I don't want to cry.

His cold grasp on my hand tightens as he says

"If God can turn water into wine then can I turn you into mine?" HE asks making me chuckle.

I sniffle a sob as I say,"that was lame,where you get that from" i say with glittery eyes and overwhelmed.

I push his embarrassed self up towards me ,as his tall figure hovers over me.

I fiddle with his fingers out of nervousness. As a tear slips out of my eye without my consent.

He wipes it away with his thumb..

"Will you marry me angel?" He asks making my body blast out of joy.

"YESmHj-" I say sobbing as I bury my face in his chest which muffles my words as im hugging him closely.

He kisses the top of my head as he takes my hand  and slips the ring in to my finger.

A loud wistle is heard making us turn towards him...jimin!...he sends us a flying kiss. As the hall breaks into loud cheer.

He rubs my tear stained face before kissing my forehead.

I look at the ring in my hand its a infinity ring.



"I love you so much!"i say looking at his eyes

"Love you more! Sweetheart." He says nuzzling his nose to mine.

everyone starts chanting "kiss! Kiss! Kiss! Kiss! kiss!" Making him look at me with teasing look

He raises his brows at me asking my permission.

My cheeks hurt form blushing soo much ,I gently nod.

And Thats all it takes him to take my jaw in his hand and gently connect our lips .
