In Lucy's POV
Natsu Dragoneel notices that Lucy Heartfilia has been becoming more distant than usual after the last Job. A job that made them have to act as though they were married. Natsu is left wondering 'What did he do wrong'

Lucy notices, after the most recent job, that she love Natsu but she does think he loves her back. She starts taking jobs on her own and becomes a one person team in a matter of days. She avoids Natsu like he is the plague. 

Erza Scarlet also notices this behavior and she tries to talk to Lucy but Lucy won't give in. She is forced to make Gray, Natsu, Happy, Carla, and Wendy to go after Lucy with her, when she decides to go and a very dangerous job alone.

Gray Fullbuster, the fourth member of the original team, also takes up notice when Erza demand that they  follow Lucy before she gets herself killed.

What they team doesn't know is that Lucy know they are following and is intent on losing them.

Will they save Lucy or will she die?

If Only You Knew (Nalu)

The client tells me what she knows and tells me what part of the forest it usually happens in. As I walk out I notice Natsu and Gray. They caught up to me. I turn and go to leave when I hear a girls voice.


"Lucy!" I see where the voice is coming from. Wendy running towards me, Natsu and Gray notice and start running to me as well. Out of no where, Erza pops out with Happy and Carla. I hurry away. Going down an back road and into the forest. I don't stop until I see something. And it isn't anyone I know, in fact, it isn't even human. Oh crap. I go so careless and busy running from them, I didn't once actually look where I was going.


I have to fight. I hear footsteps behind me but I have no time to look. "Open, gate of the ram. Ares."


"Hello, ma'am. What can I do for you?" Ares asks sweetly but shy as well.


"Help me defeat this guy." I tell her and she nods. Both of us launch towards the monster, Ares does her usual fluffy cloud thing and I begin to hit and punch and kick the thing. Soon I have to let Ares back into the celestial world. Erza is the first to cross the thresh hold but I summon Loki. He helps me beat the monster and I look back to see them all with shock covering their faces. I walk right past them and they turn and follow me. It isn't until after I collect my money that one of them attempts to talk to me.


"Lucy, why would you even think about doing that on your own?" Erza asks.


"None of your business. Leave me alone." I tell them all.


"Something is wrong with you. We only want to help." Wendy says.


Natsu goes to grab my hand but I wrench my hand away and then strike his face. "What part of leave me alone, don't you understand?"


"Lucy, please. You'll get yourself killed if you keep this up." Gray says and Natsu look away.


"She said to leave her alone. She struck me. Maybe we should listen to her." Natsu then turns to me, "And when you need help you can come right to us."


I know that he doesn't love me. And this is only proof. I begin to walk again. Natsu begins to cry. But why I know he doesn't care.


"Hey, everything will be okay, Natsu. I am sure that she will come to her senses." I hear a little girl's voice, My guess is Wendy.


I leave them in the dust, I know that I shouldn't but I really can't deal with them, heading back for the guild. And once I get there the fun starts. Because they have beaten me back. Master Makarov has already been told what I did.


"Lucy, may I speak to you?" Master asks.


"Sure." I follow him to the back of the guild.


"What is this I hear of you attacking you're own guild members? If I hear it again I will be forced to expel you from Fairy Tail. Understood?" 


"Yes, Master." I answer. Then as we emerge from the back, I see Natsu with tears flowing down his face. I head to the job board and start looking for another job. That's when Gray decides that he should try and talk to me.
