Chapter 11: Natsu Dragneel

Lucy just ran out of the Guild Hall, Gramps is giving us a lecture, Levy is currently running out after Lucy. I have never seen Lucy ever yell like that. Has she really change that much? I can't believe that the Lucy I once knew is gone. It is all my fault. I never wanted to hurt her.

"Natsu, what's wrong?" Lisanna asks me, everyone turns over to me. Even Gramps pauses.

"Nothing, I just wish that she never went. So what is she is stronger, look at her. We have lost our Lucy. She looks so skinny like she has been knocking on deaths door," I believe that should be enough.

"Natsu, Lucy had to survive in a way that even I don't want to tell all of you. It is up to her to tell you. But there are things that even you wouldn't understand. I want you to understand that she is going to need time. She might not be in the Guild Hall much, they tried to make it so she wouldn't want to come back," Gramps says with such despair.

"Master, what do you mean?" Erza asks, Jellal's arms embrace Erza.

"Let me just say that they made her believe some of you were dead," Gramps walked from the room.

"Natsu?" Gray turns to me.

"I need time to think about this," I say, Happy follows me out of the Guild Hall.

I need air, I need to cry, I want to scream, I want to understand. What did they do to Lucy? Lucy, the one who could be scary but everyone somehow feel safe with her. Not anymore. She's to far gone.
