The Duke's Unavoidable Attraction

The Duke was waiting for General Ulrich to take the people to a safe place. He didn't want to leave a chance for anyone getting hurt if they started a fight.

The tower on the left side of the Dukedom served as a warehouse to store supplies for food and medicine. It also was used as a room for a little clinic for the knights and their families. However, as people from many towns had sought assistance from them, they had to use every space available to settle refugees.

"Your Highness, we had moved the people from the tower, except the woman you told us to keep locked on the room upstairs," the knight guarding the entrance was a very young lad that had just started his training. However, something was off with his eyes, everyone could see it.
