The Duke's Unavoidable Attraction

Marion was still pouring her energy into that man's mind. It was hurting him so much that the thing inside kept screaming painfully until it couldn't take it anymore.

"Ahh!" the voice still has that disgusting sound that could send shivers to anyone.

He tried to stand up but the Duke's shadows contained him. The rest of the soldiers were circling the man preparing themselves for the fight. Their shadows came out forming a barrier and their weapons were ready to attack at any time.

Then s misty black smoke emerged from the man's body covering him with a frightening aura, even his eyes that were once brown and peaceful became a glinting red color. A dreadful color of death.
