"How can you tell a person what you feel about that person if you can't muster any strength to swallow your pride just to say what you want to say?"

That was the question Vin Santos kept asking himself. Still he wasn’t sure on how to do that. He never experienced that feeling before. Since that start of high school, he always got caught up in different criminal cases. But on the last year of high school, things would change. 

He never thought he'd be off track. He can't sing when he want to. He became deaf and is now having a hard time following the beat. The tunes and lyrics are now disconnected. He can't remember the songs he sung, and he realized “I’ve lost my music”.

Last night's meeting, well how do I put it… quite unproductive, we have no idea what they meant by the letter, for all I know the Santos nor the Salamats took anything from the Coraceros. But we did make sure every headquarters was ready in case the Coraceros made a move.

But for now I'll just be a supportive brother to Vin, and to Daron also… I guess. I never really had a talk with that guy. I guess I need to properly introduce myself to him. Maybe it is time, or at least after their performance at the college fair. I've got an outsider ticket so I can go in and watch the battle of the bands. But that isn't until later in the afternoon. Vin is still practicing inside his room, he's up all night memorizing the lyrics of the song he made.

I knocked on his door while holding a tray of food.

"Vin, I've brought you breakfast. Can I come in?"

I entered the room and saw Vin sitting on the bed, half naked.
