I thurst my spear as a girl uses a shield blocks it and jabs her own spear at me as i block it as well I lower myself a kick my leg out hitting the girl in the chest before slamming my shield in her face knocking her down " Come on Clarisse you can do better!" I pant as I sling my shield on my back and help her up " Shut up sparkles." she growls causing me to laugh as I walk out the pit and towards the forge to find Beckendorf walking out " Hey zach just the man I wanted to see you I just finished your order." I walk over and hand him a sack of drachmas " Thanks beckendorf has it been shipped out yet?" I ask as he nods " Yes I just finished the paper work for Hermes express."He handed me a receipt " Thanks my man." he nods and walks away as I make my way to the sword arena to find luke drilling his cabin.

" Hey Luke you need a partner?!" I call out as I pick up a sword and give it a few swings." Sure." he says as we square off and he stsrt it off by slashing down as I slash to counter our swords end up colliding I punch forward catching him in the chest forcing him to step back as I pull my sword back and stab forward to which he deflects it and he punches me in the face making my stumble and slashes at me forcing my to block with my hilt with smile" That all you got?" I say smugly before headbuting him and disarming him " Damn it Bradley i hate it when you do that its like your out for me." he says holding his now broken nose. " While I still hold you responsible for my sister." I glare at his causing him to shiver " Come on how many times do I have to.." I cut him off " I will hold it over you till either I die or if the fates willing she get revived." I stab the blad it the arena and walk out .

" Hey zach!" I turn to see Annabeth walk up " What do you want?" I sigh as she crosses her arms " I want you to lighten up on luke he is sorry." she scoffs while I just roll my eyes " Annabeth I don't really care he lucky I haven't killed him yet." I growl as she glares at me but before she can say anything " The two of you enough!" we turn to see chirion making his way over " Chirion your back did Grover find someone?" I ask as he nods "Yes infact I want you to teach him the basics when he comes zach." I nod as I store my shield " When should we expect him." I ask he shrugs and just says soon I just nod and walk back to my cabin and pulls armor off and makes my way to the pavilion for dinner.

The next morning

I wake up unusually early and slip my armor on and walk out my cabin to see the harpies land infront off me " Stay inside." one says as I roll my eyes " I'm going to patrol the border i feel like something is going to happen." They nod and fly off as I walk over to the hill to where I here a roar and I bolt up the hill bringing my spear out astill I get to the tree to see a boy break a horn off the minatour and stab the horn in the beasts heart killing it. " Hey you good?!" I yell as I slide down in the mud " My mom where is she?" I look down at him " What is your name?" I ask as I trudge over to Grover and sling him over my shoulder " I'm Percy Jackson." I look at him and put my spear away and hook my arm under his shoulder and he leans on me as he passes out. " Great just great." I groan and carry them both down to the big house and kicking the door "CHIRION WE GOT TWO!" I yell as I carry them to the infirmary.

Chirion comes in with his medical bag and we managed to Grover back to his senses and he starts crying " I failed again at the last minute again I couldn't protect them both." I pat his shoulder " Grover you didn't fail you held the minatour off long enough for me to get their but percy here finished it." I said as I help him up " Yes but zach my boy the council wouldn't see that he was asked to graud him and his mother but since they were both unconscious went you brought them they will be kind." I nod and walk out the big house and walk back up the hill " Well sis Grover completed a mission but he also failed." I say as I walk around and find the horn percy broke off.
