By fate, Lucas and Imani's worlds collide. Knowing that Imani is capable of finding the cure to the virus that was killing his people, Lucas is willing to do anything to get Imani's help.

But that's not the only thing the Alpha wants from her. He also wants her heart.

<p>There was nothing about Immith on the internet but she was mentioned in a couple of books in the bunker. He had only read one of them and in it, she had used hellhounds to kill all the people in a village in the eighteen hundreds just because they said her kind wasn't welcome there. She also wiped out a lot of human and werewolf families and made vampires humans just because they offended her daughters so she definitely wouldn't forgive the people who killed her daughters but seeing as she couldn't kill the people who had done it, she would go for their descendants.</p>

<p>The book didn't say why she was killed and who killed her and Ella had told him it wasn't in the other books that mentioned her too. They also didn't mention how she was killed but Lucas didn't need that because he expected him snapping her neck or ripping her heart out to do the job.</p>
