#Chapter 41

*Rose's POV*

The next morning I was woken up by Daphne.

I groaned and got up to get dressed in my school robes.

Then us girls went down to the Slytherin common room to see the boys waiting for us. We all went to the Great Hall and sat down to eat our breakfast.

"I still can't off the fact that Potter fainted," Draco said gaining the attention of other fellow Slytherins.

"I bet he cried for his mummy but then realized that he didn't have one," he carried on.

Everyone that was listening to him laughed.

Hermione, Harry and Ron passed us in order to go to the Gryffindor table and Draco made an impression of a swooning fit and once again, the people near us burst out laughing.

"Ignore him," I heard Hermione say,"Just ignore him, its not worth it."

"Hey Pottah!" shrieked Pansy,"Potter, the dementors are coming, Potter oOoOoOo." Pansy made a ghost noise.

Sev gave us our timetables looking a bit angry at Draco. I rolled my eyes at both of them

I saw Harry glare at us and I shook my head.

Fred and George looked up. I followed their gaze which led me to see Draco pretending to faint. I bet Draco forgot about the fact that I had half fainted too.

I looked at my timetable and it said that I had Divination, then Muggle studies, lunch and finally double Care of Magical Creatures.

"Come on Blaise, we've got to go to Divination," I said. Blaise chose Divination with me, he wouldn't tell me why though.

Tracey and Pansy laughed as Draco snorted,"You took Divination?"

"I bet it is way better than Arithmecy," I snapped.

I started to walk up with Blaise.

"Come this way, it's a shotcurt. I have been on this tower before," Blaise said.

He pulled a bit of the sword from an Armour which made the wall in front of us go up. We went through the passageway. The path was going up, a bit steep.

Soon, in a minute, we came out the other side to see a spiral staircase.

Blaise and I climbed up the stairs and to a tiny landing where the rest of the class were waiting. There were no doors off this landing.

On the ceiling there was a circular trap door with a brass plaque on it.

"Sybill Trelawney, Divination teacher," I read.

The trap door suddenly opened and a silvery ladder descended right at Harry Potter's feet.

Everyone around us who were talking went quiet.

Harry climber the ladder first. Then Ron, Hermione, me, Blaise and more people after us.

We emerged into the strangest looking classroom I had ever seen. In fact it didn't look like a class room at all. I thought it looked like the attic we had at The Burrow.

Just that this Attic had about twenty small circular tables were crammed inside it all surrounded by chintx arm chairs and fat little pouffes.

Everything was lit with a dim, crimson light. The curtains on the window were all closed and many lamps were draped with dark red scarbs.

Blaise and I took a seat somewhere at the back of the 'classroom.'

A voice suddenly came out of the shadows. A soft, sort of misty kind of voice.

"Welcome,"It said,"Nice to see you in the physical world at last."

A figure moved out of the shadows, it was our Divination teacher, Professor Trelawney.

"Sit, my children, sit," she said.

Blaise and I didn't move since we were already seated.

We watched as everyone sat themselves down.

"Welcome to Divination," Professor Trelawney said who had seated herself too.

"My name is Professor Trelawney," she carried on,"You may have not seen me before, I find myself..."

She carried on saying random words that I did not understand.

"So you have chosen to study Divination," she finally said,"The most difficult magic of arts."

I facepalmed myself. While choosing subjects, I had thought Divination was to be easier.

"I must warn you with the outset, that if you do not have 'the sight', I will not be able to teach you very much, books can only take you so far in this field."

I glanced at Hermione, who looked startled.

I started to zone out, as the voice of Professor Trelawney sounded a bit like Professor Binns'.

Blaise kicked me from under the table. I saw, that in front of me was a teacup with tea inside it.

"What's this for?" I asked.

"You should have been paying attention," Blaise replied, smirking.

"Oh come on! Her voice was so sleepy. You should be happy I didn't fall asleep," I whined.

"Fine," Base said rolling his eyes,"Copy me."

He drank the tea, leaving some. Then he waited for the remaining tea to drain, holding his cup with his left hand on the socer.

"Now we switch cups, and using our book 'Unfogging the Future' pages 5-6 we look at the pattern thing to predict what we have means."

I looked at his cup there was a Rose and a rock.

I looked at the description of the Rose,"Blaise, you will get the person you most desire in the world."

He beamed.

"But," I said going to the description of the rock,"You soon will find out that this desire is not meant to be."

"What does that mean?" He asked.

I shrugged,"Predict mine now."

He sighed and took my cup.

"Okay," Blaise said, This is a bow, no, wait a minute, it is an arrow. This means that you will, umm, find out something that you aren't supposed to know. Then there is, uuhh, a sun which means you will be happy about what you find?"

I rolled my eyes,"Divination doesn't make any sense."

"Yeah," Blaise replied going into his world of thoughts.
