#Chapter 65

*Rose's POV*

Sev's birthday passed, it wasn't really celebrated because he was busy. I had just given him sweets as a present because there was nothing else.

My birthday also came and went, nothing much was done on that day as it was still a school day and teachers were still piling alot of work onto us.

Hermione was barely present because of all the studying she had to do from all the subjects. She looked more stressed than I had ever been.

The easter holidays weren't as relaxing as the Christmas holidays had been. I had never had so much homework all my life.

To make everything worse, our match with Gryffindor was coming up so there were alot of practices.

Flint was so sure we would win as well were two hundred points ahead, but that didn't stop him from training us hard.

I was also informed that our sixth year Slytherin chaser had gotten into a fight with a fourth year Gryffindor, which meant that I was to play at the match.

*

It was the morning of the match, and I was too nervous. I kept of fiddling with my clothes at breakfast, and I did not eat a thing.

Flint was half shouting, half explaining the tactics to our other chaser who looked terrified.

Then the Gryffindor team walked into The Great Hall and all the other houses started clapping for them. Harry was grinning and it made me angry, I wanted to punch him.

I hissed at the Team as they took their seats.

*

I was breathing heavily, the match was about to start soon.

"And here come the Slytherins, led by captain Flint. He's made some changes in the line-up and seem to be going for size rather than skill, however-" Lee, the commentator, was cut off by alot of boos from our Slytherin crowd.

Draco and I seemed like the smallest people on the team, the rest of them were enormous.

"Captains, shake hands," Madam Hooch ordered.

Once Flint and Wood were done tightly shaking their hand, we were told to mount our brooms.

Madam Hooch started the count down,"Three ... Two ... One ..."

She blew her whistle, and with that, I pushed off the ground.

Alicia Spinnet, from the Gryffindor team, immediately took the quaffle.

I flew myself into position, about three meteres in front of the Slytherin goalposts.

One of our chasers took the Quaffle from Alicia which made me cheer a bit. But then George had to ruin the moment by shooting a Bludger at him, making him drop the Quaffle.

One of the chasers from the Gryffindor team took the Quaffle and headed my way.

I attempted to block her, but she just swerved past me and scored.

I frowned.

The game was very intense, and we did horrible.

We ended with our twenty point.

Flint was furious.

Once we had landed, Flint had thrown his broom to the ground wanting to take all his anger out on it.

He had stomped off the Slytherin common room, making us follow him.

He kept on shouting at us all the way, then once we were inside the common room, he walked to the boys' dorms, slamming the door shut behind.

All of us were speechless.
