#Chapter 66

*Rose's POV*

After the Quidditch match, most of us Slytherin's were sad. We had lost the chance of winning.

Flint was very angry, but as June approached, he was forced to study for his N.E.W.Ts instead of spending his free time shouting at us.

I always felt like going out on the castle ground and just walk, however, I couldn't. Exams came nearer and nearer.

Hermione spent her time in the Gryffindor common room, only coming out for her classes. I never got the chance to talk to her and tell her to ditch the classes as she was stressing too much.

Ron took upon Hermione's job, and dragged me to the Library to study.

I mainly thought it was because he needed help and he asked me because I always get high grades.

Exams arrived, and I barely slept. One time I dozed off, but Midnight purred at me, helping me to stay awake.

At points I found myself studying for the Charms instead of Transfiguration.

I struggled a bit with Astronomy, and wished to see Sirius so he could help me study, but I couldn't.

Sev head made it clear that I was not to hangout with Sirius until the exams had ended.

On the good side, I started re-building my friendship with Blaise, and we would also study a bit together.

I was currently waiting for my turn to take an exam for Divination. I was leaning on the wall going through Unfogging The Future, and so were Harry and Ron.

Everytime someone had come down from the ladder, they would be asked about how the Exam went, and what they did in it.

But it person refused to say.

"Rose."

My name was called from above the ladder.

Harry and Ron nodded at me as if to say 'Good Luck.'

I just blinked back at them and made my way up the ladder.

"Good day, my dear," Professor Trelawney said softly,"If you would kindly gaze into the Orb ... Take your time how ... Then tell me what you see within it ..."

I nodded and looked at the Orb, attempting to clear my mind like I had done during our lesson.

It all flashed into my eyes.

"I-I see a f-figure," I stuttered.

"And what do you think it resembles?" Professor Trelawney asked.

The figure had long hair, which looked just like someone familiar.

I took a deap breath,"It looks like Sirius Black."

Professor Trelawney smiled and quickly scribbled it down. "You are doing great, my dear, now could you tell me more about the surroundings?"

"Sirius Black is locked in a tower," I replied.

"Yes, Yes! That's it for now, my dear. You have got all makings of a true Seer!" Professor Trelawney said happily,"However, once you go down, you are not to tell anyone of this examination, or else, the thing you currently you hope will not happen, will happen."

I nodded and started to climb down the stairs.

I was immediately shot with questions by Harry and Ron, but I just stared at them blankly.

"What's wrong?" Ron asked fidgeting,"Did-Did it go bad?"

I shook my head,"She said I had the true makings of a Seer."

"What did you do for you for your examination?" Ron questioned, really eager to know.

"I can't tell you," I whispered, before walking away to the Slytherin common room. I did not want Sirius to be caught and locked in a tower.

I sat on one of the couches in the Slytherin common room with my sweets and I stroked Midnight.

There was no one else,  so I was guessing that there were all still doing their exams.

Suddenly, the portrait of the common room was being banged.

I blinked and stood up.

"Ron!" I exclaimed seeing him aft the entrance.

He was panting,"Buckbeak is being executed. Just thought you should know."

I was about to say something, but I was cut off.

"Weasley, you do know that I can get you in trouble for standing by our common room," Draco said, then nodded again me to say 'Hi.'

"He was just telling me that Buckbeak was going to be getting executed," I glared at Draco,"And it's all you fau-"

Once again I was cut off by Draco,"I told you that I can help, but I don't know how."

"I have alredy figured that out,"I said,"You can tell the Minister Of Magic that it's alright, and there is no need to execute that bird as he is innocent. The Minister will have to believe me, after all, it was your father who wanted the bird to die. You am his son, and you have that exact same power."

Ron snorted at the last bit and Draco nodded.

I raised my eyebrows,"You would do all that?"

Draco smiled at me warmly,"I told you that I was sorry."

I smiled back at him.

"Alright," Ron said,"Now if you are done smiling, meet Harry, Hermione and I at Hagrid's hut after dinner. Make sure you do not get seen."

I nodded as Ron left us.

I looked down at my hands and noticed that I still had my bag of sweets.

"I'll just out this inside and then we can go to the Great Hall for dinner, yeah?" I asked Draco.

He nodded.
