Followed at night

This is a short story I wrote that I'm thinking about making into a series

《His pulse pounded in his ears as he looked around the room for some type of weapon to protect himself with. Oliver ran over to his closet and grabbed the bat. The door slammed open its hinges screaming.



There stood the woman, her raven black hair, white skin, and dark eyes almost black. She had a sinister smile and her head tilted sideways. Oliver gripped the bat until his knuckles were white.



“Who are you? What do you want from me?” He asked the woman with narrowed eyes.



She smirked at him and didn't respond instead she let out a scream and charged at him. She lifted up her arm and there was a kitchen knife in her hand. His eyes widened and he swung the bat knocking the woman to the ground. But it wasn't enough, she got up from the ground and looked at him angered.



“Now why would you do that? Why would you hurt me?” She said with a sad but angered voice. She charged at him again this time raising the knife beforehand.》
