Karim Sissoko is the author of the book series Lightning. He lives in Florida, is of Haitian descent and is attending college for “a piece of paper that proves I’m smart”. Lightning

"I didn't think she'd really do it." Blaze said, his mouth full of popcorn. 


"Well, she said she would. When we laughed, she said she was serious. We were the ones who didn't take her seriously," Scion replied, chuckling softly. 


 "I swear you're all sadists. Except her, I don't blame her," Storm said, motioning towards Solana. 


Raising her hand, she introduced herself. "Solana," she said, a smile on her face. 


"Nice to meet you. I won't bother with my name, since these two probably introduced me," Storm sat on a stool in the room. 


He looked around and saw old books, files, blueprints and such. He picked one up and flipped through it, seeing concepts and sketches. 


"What's with the room, why's it so packed?" he picked up Scion's sword that happened to be next to him, removed it from its black steel scabbard, playing and turning the weapon.
