Markesha and Lisa opened the front door of the house, and Timmy came running into my arms. I scooped him up, hugging him tightly. "It's okay, Munchkin," I whispered into his ear, then added, "Guess what? We're going to have a bonfire!" Then, I pressed my lips to his neck and blew, making a loud noise as he laughed. "You want to have a bonfire?"


Timmy nodded excitedly and Markesha added, "I think we might have some hot dogs. We can roast them on sticks." 


"It's settled, then," Pops added. "Boys, go on out and get us some sticks. I'll go into the kitchen and see what we have." 


"I'll help," Lisa added as Brolin slipped his arm around her waist, going into the house. 


"Brandon and Chris, why don't you guys help me with the bonfire?" Aiden asked, looking at Brandon, even though Trevor was standing right beside him. 


"I'll help, too," Trevor said, and Carlos followed.
