"Remember," Briana said, standing on the stairs to address everyone in the room, "I want Virtra alive, if at all possible. Also, we are not launching a full-scale attack tonight. We are just going after Virtra. She was last seen in the tree line, but could be anywhere now." Then, she turned to her Royal Sorcerer. "Herman, please lead us to her."


"My Queen," Dain said, as Tannin stood by his side, along with several other knights, "pardon my presumption, but should you not wait for us here in the castle, where you are protected?"


"I'm going," Briana said, stepping beside Seth. They headed into the darkness and out of the safety of the castle toward the Dark Forest.


"Queen Briana," Dain said, following closely, "let us lead the way."


Briana nodded and some knights took the lead in front of 


her, and Seth and some other knights fell behind them.


"This way," Herman said, leading the way into the forest.
