Chapter 35: She's Mine

NASH'S POV:

I feel like a little kid that is about to get told off by his parents. As soon as we enter the apartment, Creed points towards the sofa and tells us all to sit down.

He's not normally this much of a bossy git. It's usually Rigs that does that sort of sh*t. If the situation wasn't so awful, I'd probably roll my eyes at the role reversal.

No one questions it though. We all just do as we're bloody told.

I'm surprised how nervous I feel. It's just Creed. He's a friend. And yet, he's not. Not now. He's Clover's brother and that trumps our friendship.

In fact, that little fact might be enough to destroy our friendship.

My foot is tapping on the carpet, probably making me look impatient. I'm not. Actually, I'd like to avoid the impending conversation for as long as possible.

But Creed's exactly like a dog with a bone so there's no way we'll be able to duck out.
