Hermes didn't come back, so as soon as she and Hestia had finished clearing up she went to her room and picked up her pad. She typed in 'Hermes' and instantly the page flashed up. Hermes see Mercury. She clicked on Mercury and up came a whole page of gods, Roman ones this time, whoever they were. But almost all of them also had a Greek name. She read down the page in fascination. Hera was Juno, Artemis was Diana, Demeter was Ceres, the goddess of corn. To her disgust, she found her own Roman name was Minerva. What a horrible, ugly name! Thank God she actually had a nice name. Zeus was Jupiter, which came from Zeus Pater, Zeus the Father. So Zeus came first. Ha! That proves these Roman people stole the gods from the Greeks! she thought with some satisfaction.
